Both of the bare root roses I got were dried out . They are now just coming out in a few places I hope that they will survive are desert heat. 100 days + of 100 degrees. David austin needs to make allowances for earlier shipping for hotter climates.

Update: DA Customer Service reached out and offered a solution that works for us both. I am impressed with how quickly they moved to remedy the issue. I plan to update my review when they follow though with their promises.

Very disappointed with the fact that they canceled my order. In the future, I'd prefer the option to wait till next Spring vs having a refund. Some roses go VERY quickly and I was lucky enough to snag a popular one...only for an email stating I was being refunded after my shipping notice was sent.
