I have always had a good experience with DA roses. The customer service is outstanding, my questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. I’m just not quick enough to get some of the older roses when they are available!

Last Spring (2024) I ordered, received and planted 13 roses from David Austin Roses (DAR). Of the 13 roses, 5 were the wrong variety of rose. So I wasted time planting them and growing them. To DAR’s credit, they replaced the roses (a year later), but my frustration in wasting time and a whole growing season is very high. QA control has got to be better than that. My only hope is that I now have the correct roses.
