Wellbeing International have been a great support to my teams in the Essex Child and Wellbeing Services in North Essex over the last 12 months. They have delivered several wellbeing topics to over 150 practitioners which have been well received and the boost you for leaders has been invaluable to the leadership team in North Essex. The one to ones offered afterwards were very good and for very large teams I think this has worked well, our sickness and turnover of colleagues is low and overall there is an improvement in wellbeing which we can see from 121's and from how the teams are functioning, we have also seen an increase in positive compliments from clients.

"Team building event"

Kate from wellbeing international was really knowledgeable and helpful. As part of a team building event we learnt the science behind stress and how to get a better work-life balance. Got some really good tips on getting better sleep and we even got to give each other a massage at the end! Lovely way to spend the afternoon. I have been waking up a lot more refreshed and ready for the day ever since.
