Shocking customer service!! AVOID
I’d spent quite a lot of money with htune over the years until I brought an item that was faulty and didn’t work I contacted them regarding the issue, they asked me to get videos of the problem which I did, then asked how it was installed, but the installation was done to the exact spec as the instructions, then to be told company policy that they won’t exchange? They said that the sensor is extremely delicate an can damage easily, knowing this, when they sent it the packaging would not suggest that, as was only in a packet and no indication to say the goods are “fragile”. They couldn’t grasp the fact the item didn’t work out the box, so now I’m £200 out of pocket!! They did offer me a replacement but only at my cost!
Would never buy anything from them again

Absolutely hopeless. Bought an item, didn't arrive, went on their live chat, they blamed the supplier, I waited 2 weeks, same again. Live chat soon stopped being an option, so I kept emailing. They don't reply anymore. I went on to complain again, and we the order shows as cancelled/refunded, I've not had a refund. Totally useless. Avoid like the plague

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, Fast shipping, and item got to me very quickly- all items have a lead time that you have to read but very straightforward, I will be buying again. :)

Returns policy is you dont get one. They wont be around much longer so be very careful is you do buy something.
