Before I opened the box, I had set aside the entire afternoon to build the bike. But it was an easy project by using both the video and the assembly guide.
The evryjourney bike was well packaged. There was no scratches and no missing hardware.
I would buy this bike again in a heartbeat!

Well, I got the wrong bike from another company that was so big and heavy I kept falling over. My feet could not touch the ground. I saw the 630 on u tube. I am very pleased with it. It rides nice and I can get my feet on the ground. I have arthritis in my knees so the design of the bike makes it easier to get on and off. I would recommend this bike. It is great.

"Great bike for promoting good posture"
Love this bike, feels good to ride and doesn’t hurt your back as you don’t have to bend forward to reach the handlebars. Assembly took a while and the printed instructions kind of suck but there is a YouTube video made by the company that was a lot easier to follow. Still took me a good hour and a half to assemble. One of the screws in the pre-assembled portion of the bike came very stripped and there isn’t a replacement screw for that particular part, otherwise 5 stars.

Love the bike, but disappointed in customer service. Which actually takes away from my enjoyment of my bike. I order things but either they’re never sent, or I’m sent to wrong things and they’re a bit rude when I try to work things out. It would be just as easy for them to be civil, wouldn’t it? Don’t see the point.

I was so hopeful to find a company that was built for people my size. But the disappointment really set in once it took us almost 3 hours to put the darn bike together, it doesn’t help when the information given to you (booklet) is not the one for the bike you purchased. Needless to say searching for YouTube videos that was given us the correct information was also nearly impossible. The cherry on top was when I tried to get comfortable with the bike and quickly found out this model does not fit my need, my leg could hardly get over(I know what your thinking, did you do the test! Yes, yes I did and this bike was one of my options). I wanted to love it but at the end decide it’s better to return then just let it sit and collect dust.
