You say your ebike are for people who are retired but you're instructions are not we are not all computer savvy but got it done the bike is very good had to lock at a lot of YouTube yours and others to see how things work so far me &my dog put on 70 mi thanks

"Easy to assemble"

The bicycle was well packaged, arrived in excellent condition, and is exactly as described. The directions were easy to follow, along with the video links which help resolve any questions. I'm a petite woman in my late 60's and I was able to assemble the bicycle myself, although for a few of the bolts and screws I wished I'd had some better upper body strength or maybe better tools - but I got it done.

"I ordered a new electric bike in early…"

I ordered a new electric bike in early July and it was received with a damaged wheel and I couldn’t use the bike. I called SixThreeZero for a replacement wheel and they agreed to send a replacement. I received the replacement wheel three weeks later and it was the wrong wheel. I called SixThreeZero once again and they said they would send a replacement part. After another three week wait I had to contact SixThreeZero once again and they told me the part hadn’t shipped yet but they would look into it right away and let me know ASAP the status. I never heard back from customer service but I did finally receive the replacement part today August 28. So I purchased a $1,300 bike in July and it’s almost the end of August and I still haven’t been able to be ride it.
My 30 day test ride has expired so I hope this bike is going to be acceptable.
The bike looks great but after almost 2 months and not being able to ride it I’m not really a happy customer.

I really researched bicycles and wanted one that was comfortable so I would actually want to ride it everyday. This is the one! So comfortable to ride. I use it primarily around the neighborhood and on bike trails and it’s a solid bike. Love the retro look as well!

"Good bikes; okay service"

First of all, I want to start that I do like the bikes we've ordered. Not the easiest assembly (I've had better experiences with Wayfair furniture), but they're fun to ride and seem like they're high quality.

I don't have the same positivity towards the ordering experience though. We bought some accessories to complement our purchase of two bikes, like phone mounts, a saddle bag thing, a bike pump, a stainless steel bottle holder, and (as dumb as it may sound) a bell for my wife.

We received the bikes with no issue, but didn't see anything in the form of the rest of our purchase. I checked my order after I had assembled the bikes and noticed the rest hadn't shipped, so I contacted sixthreezero, and was informed that one of the items was out of stock at the time I purchased it, so they didn't ship any of the accessories. Fine... Whatever. It's annoying that something that was in stock when I placed the order was retroactively marked as out of stock, but at least I could get the rest.

What sucked is that had I not said anything, I would've never received any of it, since apparently they don't ship your order unless it's all available. Still, they made it right and sent what I could have and refunded the rest.

Fast forward to getting the accessories, and I'm missing the bell, so I reached out again and was told that the bell did in fact arrive. So it was my word against theirs since in their system it was shipped. Eventually they did relent and send it, but sweet Jesus...

My advice? Do yourself a favor and buy the extra stuff later instead of from them. The convenience of placing the order for it all at once does not offset the headache of their inability to ship the items you order in a timely manner (or at all apparently).
