the bike arrived in good conditions but was unable to go into 5th and 6th- i was unable to correct using videos recommended by sixthreezero so i took it to my local bike shop- i received a card in box that said it unable to assemble that they would pay the charges- i submitted them and was told that that program was discontinued last year- i feel they should honor the postcard- otherwise i have no complaints- bike rides nice and performs well

I was not the most helpful customer. I didn't not have all the needed information and was distracted by work. Marry was patient and creative in finding ways to locate my order, giving me options, and solving the problem. Thanks, Marry!

"I purchased my bike 7/22"

I purchased my bike 7/22, but couldn't use it with any consistency until we got into our new home. In 3/23 I began using it regularly and increased to daily rides. As soon as I started using it daily, I broke 3 spokes in the front wheel, now a spoke in the back wheel, with 2 of them looking slightly bent. I am concerned the bike isn't built to endure daily rides of 20-30 miles unless I change the wheels to something stronger.

"Great service, need assembly options!"

The customer service team is amazing. I wish there was an option to have the bike delivered assembled- that would make life a lot easier. My bike came and the fork was damaged, which resulted in us having to get a replacement part but thankfully the team corrected the issue immediately, but I still wasn’t able to ride my bike for about three weeks. I would recommend this bike to anybody looking for a cute beach cruiser. I love mine and can’t wait to really break her in!

"Love my bike, great service."

sixthreezero had excellent customer service, answering my questions within 24 hours and offering advice on how to handle a few small problems. Everyone was very polite. The bike arrived in less than two weeks after ordering.
I LOVE the bike itself-- an Audrey A/O! I am 5'2" and have short legs, so finding a comfortable adult bike has not been easy for me. This is a joy to ride and it is adorable! I was skeptical of the bike-fit process on the sixthreezero website but it worked. I ride my commute to work (4 miles, on a mostly flat bike path with a few rolling hills) and the Audrey has been good for the task. Assembling the bike was easier than I anticipated, although it did take longer than the one-hour time that website said is typical.
Two complaints, though. The paint already has worn/chipped in a few spots after only a month, and I hesitate to repair it myself because of the decorative paint job. Also, while the bike overall feels sturdy, the fenders are thin and flimsy, and I have to adjust them often so they don't rub on the tires, especially after I've had it locked to a bike rack.

"Wonderful smooth ride"

Wonderful smooth ride. Very comfortable seat comes standard. At 5'3" am able to touch the ground while seated. Thumb lever throttle well positioned and easy to use, big improvement over handle bar throttle for novice users. Weight is a downside, makes it harder to transport/ lift but that is unavoidable on ebike. I am 68 and really enjoying this bike.

"Electrical Malfunction"

Sixthreezero was very fast to compensate me for repairs that I had done at a bike shop. Also very prompt on their rebate. The thing that was not so good about the company was it was hard to talk to the mechanic to communicate what was malfunctioning on my rickshaw tricycle. It was not possible to talk directly to the mechanic. I had to talk to an intermediary who relayed my information to the mechanic, and then relayed his information back to me. That was cumbersome and not effective nor efficient. It would have been much more effective to communicate directly with the mechanic.
