"Not a fan of this company"
The bike showed up within a week of ordering. That is my positive. The accessories have not been sent so I have asked for a refund. We shall see how that goes. The assembly manual was not accurate for my bike. It showed a quick release skewer for the front wheel, but sent me a nuts and bolts style attachment. Spent 2 hours on chat with customer service only to be disconnected about 3 times and finally told that they would call me the next day. They did call, but I was on another call with a client, as I work from home. I ended up taking my bike to a local bike shop to make sure that everything looked right, the brakes scraped, and since I am not a bike person, not clue how to fix the disk brake. The whole thing was a mess! The guy mechanic installed a different bolt to attach the front wheel, because the one I was given had a lot of play in it. I rode today for the first time, it has great power. However, I have to figure out why the gears don't shift correctly, may be going back to the bike shop. Bottom line, not wowed by customer service. The bike looks good, but customer service is a joke. I was sent a video to watch for assembling the front wheel with disk brake and they actually sent how to install the fender. They claim great customer service and just call, but they aren't helpful. I am beyond disappointed.

"Quality control and packing need improvement"
One bicycle arrived damaged. Professional an d friendly email response to issue but still waiting for replacement part over a month later. Other bike came without quick release front hub (sticker on fork stated it was equipped with this feature) other bike which is identical, except for color, did come equipped with this feature. Finally, same bike that is missing quick release hub, arrived withou gears being adjusted, not even close. Again, sticker on bike stated gears were adjusted prior to shipping.

"Bad customer service"
Can't say I was wowed by the customer service. I received my bike and pretty much every single component had paint damage. Also one of the wheels was out of true and a couple of parts were bent. They payed for me to get the wheel trued at a local bike shop and sent me replacements for some of the smaller parts, but were unwilling to replace the frame which also had paint damage. All in all I spent a lot of time, labor, and full price on what feels very much like a used bike. Given the extent of the damage, they should have just been willing to replace the whole bike. I won't be buying from them again.

i actually managed to buy a sixthreezero bicycle secondhand but when it came to accessories, i wanted to make sure the accessories would actually fit! i ordered the phone holder but unfortunately didn't get an order number, only a confirmation that the payment had been processed. i reached out to their CS team who almost immediately sent me my order confirmation and were then quick to change my shipping address.
i hope i won't need another bicycle soon but i'll definitely recommend sixthreezero bicycles to everyone i know. they're great in every area of business [:

"Rusting after 6 months"
I have officially owned my AroundtheBlock womens bike for 6 months. It came in around Christmas. Since then I ride it atleast twice a week, and keep it in my temperature controlled garage. The Bike has already begun rusting which is blowing my mind. For an outdoor recreational vessel, not being stored in the elements, I assumed it would take longer than 6 months for the bolts and hardware to begin rusting. My plan is to continue using this bike until it falls apart. Then I will purchase a more hardy bike.

Very comfortable bike. I wish the bicke wouldn’t squeak while riding. I have to lube the bike with oil.

My front fork was manufactured crooked and I am still waiting for a replacement part. Summer is halfway gone and no bike to ride...I may return the whole thing at this point!!!!!!!!!!
