"Horrible customer service!"
I purchased a EVRYjourney Men's 26" Steel bike on May 24, 2023 as a father's day gift for my husband. However, due to a defect, we were unable to complete the assembly of the bike. We contacted the company multiple times after that without any response. Finally, I received an email on July 4th, stating a purchase has been processed without any details about the product. We assumed that a replacement of the defect part had been shipped. However, a month passed and we received nothing! We contacted them again on Aug 1st and we were told that the part was shipped on July 5th. We originally purchased the bike to have some fun rides with the kids this spring and summer. However, months passed and the summer is almost over, yet our bike is still not usable. We're going on an international trip in 2 weeks and we don't think we'll be able to use it at all this summer. We spent many hours of labor trying to put the bike together and were so excited to ride it, however, all we received was disappointment. This has been a horrible experience with both the quality of the product and the unresponsive customer services!

She rode it shortly thereafter so we could dial in the saddle and handlebars and now tells me she wants to keep the bike. To my satisfaction and surprise she allowed me to take the bike for a quick spin around the block. The bike feels solidly constructed and boasts powerful acceleration with a fast top speed which is more than sufficient for my wife for climbing hills, speeding through intersections, and for passing. So, four thumbs up from the two of us. Thank you SixThreeZero for making our bicycle fleet complete!

I saw your bikes in a local sporting goods store but they did not have the size and style I wanted. I searched online and was pleased to find what I was looking for. The website was easy to use and I received the bike in a very reasonable amount of time. It was not difficult to assemble since many components were preassembled.

The bike recommended for me is not a good fit. I do not like the thin tires and don’t feel stable riding it. I wish I’d gone with my instincts and chosen a different one. It is currently in my basement.

"At the moment I have no hope this…"
At the moment I have no hope this company will make this situation with my Maya bike right. I am ready to take legal action if I need to. I was so initially happy to order an American made electric bike to be able to bike to work. Upon receiving my bike that took a while to arrive. I noticed dents in the frame and chipped paint however I thought if the bike works I can over look that. However once I started building the bike using the useless directions and videos that did not help I noticed more issues. The screws did not fit in the pre drilled holes. The front break plate does not sit straight and rubs when wheel moves. The seat and brakes will not tighten. And worst of all the computer system does not consistently stay connected when biking with the electric system. When I contacted the return team they denied my request due to being a couple days over my 30 day return policy. Where I live it has been storming constantly so I had no chance to take it out for a long ride. It also took a bit to build. I am extremely disappointed not only in the product I received but the response from the company.

The bike I received was missing the seat post. It took three weeks to get the post sent to me. Rather than wait, I looked up the part online and I saw it was in their stock, so I ordered it after waiting a week. Both the replaced post and the one I purchased arrived on the same day 2 weeks later.
