"Many niggling quality problems with this bike"
I specifically ordered a step-through sixthreezero ebike because I'm short, and thought it would meet my needs. It arrived with a broken part, and took quite a while to receive a replacement. The controller is defective, and the motor cuts out, it registers going 26 mph when standing still, the throttle control is loose and sometimes does not engage. They sent a new controller, but it was the wrong one. I was actually hoping to ride this bike, not have to have my husband rebuild it. I really expected better quality for the price.

The battery life is really remarkable, can get a good long way. Rides like a dream, better than what I expected at the affordable price point. Had a minor little piece broken and the support team was great about issuing a replacement

"Not worth the time and effort"
I ordered my bike and was told it would be a couple of months before it arrived. Two months later I called to make sure it was on schedule to be delivered and was told it would be another month before it arrived. Basically they gave my bike away and wanted me to wait for the next shipment. After waiting two months, I was not willing to wait two more months (after arriving it was going to take “a couple” of weeks to be sent out. Sent an email with my order number and requested a cancellation. 5 days passed and I ended up having to call them again to get the process started for a refund. I’m still in the process of waiting to receiving my refund.

"Electric Trike arrived with the rear…"
Electric Trike arrived with the rear assembly with improperly welded brackets to attach fenders. Upon contact with customer service they orders new part and had to wait over 3 weeks. Upon arrival it was fine and worked very well. Unpacking the fenders we found damage to them and now awaiting new fenders. Bike is a joy to ride. Customer service (Mary) has been very pleasant, helpful and professional. Only negative is better quality control should be used before shipping.

"We love our SixThreeZero bikes"
We love our SixThreeZero bikes. We purchased one eBike online and bought two others through Kohl's. The bike quality is excellent and the website experience is fine. I did reach out to find out if the trike is available with a larger motor or if I could custom order one customized. The style is perfect, and hard to find, but the motor is just too small. The response I got was just 'here is what we sell.' meh.

"Bike Purchased as a Gift Damaged During Shipment"
The bike I ordered for my wife for Mothers Day was damaged in shipment. It was obvious the shipping company couldn’t read the fragile labels on the box or couldn’t care less. The box was scarred and a big whole was punctured on one corner. I immediately open the carton and could tell everything had been seriously jostled during shipment. I carefully removed all the parts and notice the battery bracket was broken on both sides were mounts to the frame. I don’t believe it helped ghar the battery was in the battery compartment when packaged. The weight of the battery likely put excessive stress on the mounts during the rough treatment during shipping. I also noticed the paint on the rear fender was scarred from the battery rack scrapping against the fender.
I called the number for support. I was told that new mounts for the battery rack were on back order but would be shipped as soon as possible. The rear fender was in stock and would be shipped right away. After a few weeks I received the mounts, but as of today, I have not received a replacement rear fender.
Unfortunately, my wife was not able to use her gift for several weeks and moreover, it still shows the battle scars from the shipping.
It was very disappointing to buy such an expensive gift for my wife and see her disappointment in that it was damaged and remains in less than “new” condition.
