"Love this bike!"

This is my first purchase of a Sixthreezero bike. As they said, bike arrived nicely packaged and was easy to put together. I wanted a cruiser bike with more speeds and the A/O Frida had what I was looking for, plus I couldn’t resist the navy/white stripe design with brown leather accents! I waited to review the bike for function until I took it for a few spins. The ride is smooth, seat so comfortable and ergonomic design does keep my posture upright. Definitely enjoying this bike!!

"SixThreeZero"

SixThreeZero sent me an e-bike that had significant damage. They sent me replacement parts, and the fender and rear cage once again arrived damage. SixThreeZero was not willing to send undamaged parts to fix the bike. They only offered a $100 refund or for me to disassemble and ship the bike back to them. We are not satisfied with purchasing a brand new bike that has a dented rear fender and ugly paint chips (that will likely start rusting) on the rear rack. I will never recommend SixThreeZero to anyone after all we've been through and SixThreeZero being happy for me to keep a damaged bike and being unwilling to ship undamaged parts.

I love this bike. High quality. Low cost, at least relatively speaking. Fun jaunty colors.

I got a beach cruiser and do want narrower and higher handlebars.

"Very Disappointed"

I feel like the quality of the bike should be better. I could have just went to Walmart and got a cheaper bike for the same quality. We had a problem with the brakes upon putting our bikes together, got help from service dept., watched multiple videos and they still are not right. Besides the brake, one bike makes a clicking noise and the seat moves on the other bike no matter how many times we tighten it.
These are the cheapest bikes we ever bought and they say "you buy cheap and get cheap" so that is why we gave three stars instead of one. We just expected better quality.

"Great bike and great support"

The order process and bike assembly was very easy. My wife loves her new EVRYJourney bike...exactly what she wanted. I did need to contact support as the tires were out of round and needed to be trued. Support was very quick to respond and offer options. I could choose to have them ship two new tires or offered that I take the bike to a local shop and they would reimburse me for the cost to true the wheels which is what I did.

Paid $80 for fenders (should’ve been included w/ bicycle).. they arrive w/ a bag of hardware— not a stitch of any instructions.. I tried every possible combo: the included hardware does NOT thread with the pre threaded holes on bike frame… saw 630 ‘awesome’ video on YouTube on fender assembly. My hardware is about1-2MM too small.. if it’s metric at all.. who knows— I cannot consult the manual as, well, you know. Saving paper & all, couldn’t print one page of instructions. But you should see the damn box that they ship these things in. What a joke.. called hotline to ask for some assistance and I had to listen to a three minute voicemail of some Cali-Cool dude telling me how they’re getting another awesome bicycle ready for another cool rider. That’s a real quick way to p-ss somebody off. Save yourself some trouble & frustration. Go to walmart.com and buy your beach cruiser.. you’ll save money, and get all the parts and pieces as advertised with instructions for close to half the price.
