I looked at a lot of electric bikes before I decided on the “around the block” from sixthreezero. I’m glad I did. I love the bike, love the color, love the matching accessories and the customer service is great. Bike came almost fully assembled and when my husband had trouble with the brakes, we took it to a bike shop and I sent receipt in for assembly reimbursement and got an immediate response and quickly reimbursed. That was a great perk! I’ve already suggested this company yo a couple friends looking for electric bikes.

I purchased this bike after doing research and talking with sixthreezero. The bike is used at my Florida Beach home. Why I love the bike it has a serious rusting problem. The bike is covered when not in use and yet just about everything has rust on it.

I bought my amazingly awesome, teal e-trike three years ago to go riding with my husband after having a hip replacement at a very young age (40) And such fun we’ve had! Sadly he has passed, and long story short, I couldn’t find the charging cord for my trike battery anywhere so I reached out to sixthreezero and the very next day they totally surprised me by saying they were replacing the cord free of charge!
Can’t wait to get back out there with our 2 year old son in tow and show him how fun it is:) Thank you, sixthreezero!!! It’s the little things that are the big things.

Although my experience was pretty seamless, my sister ordered her bike at the same time and it still hasn't even shipped and there is no communication or responses to her and no other remedies offered for the almost 2 month delay.

"I wish it worked as good as it looks"

I was really excited to get this bike and it is beautiful. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. However, it took hours to put it together (and my husband puts machines together for a living). I couldn’t get the link on the website to pull up the video to help assemble, so I finally found it on google. It took so long to assemble because, it turns out, that both of the wheels seem to be slightly bent and we kept pulling it apart when we put on the brakes thinking we were doing something wrong because the wheels would not spin freely. No big deal, a slight imperfection. So eight hours later, I finally test out the bike and it’s not switching gears smoothly. I want it to switch gears as it should, so we watch the video and make an adjustment. Then the chain starts to come off. I’m done at this point but my husband was able to fix it, except now it just skips 5th gear. After the last adjustment fiasco we’re not messing with it.

I’ve been on three 4-5 mile rides on the bike. The first one I hadn’t tightened the handlebars enough and it came loose towards the end of the ride. The second ride was great. The third ride, after four miles the back tire popped and I had to push the bike the last half mile home. Which is where it has sat until I can fix it.

I think once all of the kinks are worked out that it could be a fabulous bike but it’s not there yet.

"Quick Response"

As a first time customer with sixthreezero, I ran into a system issue during checkout. Because it was during the Memorial Day weekend, no one was available via the contact phone number.
I sent an email not really expecting a response until after the weekend and missing out on the sale timeline. However, I did receive a response that indicated the problem had been fixed. I completed the checkout and now am awaiting my new trike!

"The problem is not so much the company…"

The problem is not so much the company but the shipper. My bike arrived with the rear end very damaged. I have been promised the parts to repair it but I’m still waiting for them to come or even be shipped. It seemed to be securely packaged but we are thinking something heavy was dropped on it as there are heavy metal parts that are actually broken. I just wish it wouldn’t take so long for the parts. For the record, I wasn’t confident enough to put it together myself so I had to wait for a friend to find the time so that has added to the delay.

After two previous attempts to rectify an issue of an error code on my "Around the block" e-bike 6-3-0's team went above and beyond to make me a "happy 6-3-0 bike owner"! Absolutely the best customer service! They provided everything needed to correct the issue with my bike! Thank you Emil for all your help!

A couple of months ago, I started looking for a bike to start riding again and I knew I wanted a cruiser for comfort. I checked out a popular cruiser at a local bike shop, but nearly went into sticker shock when I saw the price. I found the SixThreeZero site on line and started checking out their bikes and doing some research. The reviews answered my questions about quality, comfort, and ride. I did the fit evaluation and the EVRYjourney Hybrid Cruiser came up as a match! My bike arrived today, I finished the assembly, and took my first ride! I’m delighted by the quality, fit, and comfort of my new EVRYjourney! I see miles and miles of fun ahead of me on this bike!
