BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS AT LEAST 22 IGNORED COMPLAINTS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Their company is not registered with the BBB therefore they don’t comply. These bikes are absolute trash, NOTHING like their marketing has you believe.

The customer service team went above and beyond to assist us with our transactions. Highly recommend and look forward to many miles of adventures.

I purchased the 500W Simple Step Through for my wife and she loves it and so do I, the package was damaged in shipping and I had to fabricate parts to get the bike usable and I am still waiting on more parts to arrive to bring the bike to new bike standards. I have had a Men’s Casual EVERYJourney for a couple of years now which I added a Bafang BBS02 mid drive motor to and it is awesome. After trying my bike one my friends also bought 2 of the Sixthreezero e-bikes

"Bike arrived damaged"
My bike arrived damaged and unrideable. The fender was bent or off center and it wasn't clear that it was unrideable until I had already assembled the bike. I contacted support on 5/3. They responded on 5/5. There wasn't much by way of apology and said they'd send out a replacement for the part. I was already not thrilled because now I have to repair this part and it wasn't even a part that had to be assembled the first time around, it came attached. So it's already going to be more work to take off the damaged fender and replace it. I responded, saying I hoped they would expedite the shipping as it's an inconvenience and the fender arrived damaged. Received no response to that request. It's 5/19 and I still haven't received the replacement part. No idea how complicated it'll be to remove then replace the fender myself. It's a pretty bike and hopefully I'll be happy with it eventually. I just think the customer service is a little lackluster. Even an apology for the inconvenience would have made it feel a bit better.

The bike is wonderful! Great color combos, easy enough to assemble alone, has been a great reason to get out and enjoy the warmer weather. Comfortable ride. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to many relaxing rides ahead!
