After reading many reviews, and watching YouTube videos, I decided to order an EVRYjourney 7 speed. I’ve been nothing but satisfied with the quality of the frame and the paint finish (flat black).

I’ve only been on 2 short rides of around 5 miles each and the bike rode great. It was very comfortable and just what I expected. I did have to adjust the derailleur after my first ride but that was handled easily by watching one of the assembly videos. I should have checked it when I did the final assembly but didn’t, so this was on me.

I highly recommend purchasing one of their bikes and would not be afraid of assembly — their written manual and their videos cover it well. As a last resort, if you’re not wanting to assemble it yourself, contact a bike shop before it arrives to find out your options.

EVRY JOURNEY MENS 26 7SPEED BICYLE delivered in reasonable time and condition. Packing box had some tears and appeared to have been opened and resealed but contents were all there and in good condition. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow..

The bike I ordered was delivered quickly and well packaged. Assembly was pretty easy, and made easier by the video(s) online. Specifically the one about adjusting the front brakes.

"Bad customer service"

I really love the quality of these bikes. Unfortunately, I did not have the best customer service experience. I received a scratched up bike and I contacted them immediately in hopes to receive before my child’s birthday. It’s been almost 3 months and I have yet to receive a replacement for the part! Every time I contact them, I am simply told they have no way of providing me with an ETA for the part. Very disappointed!!

We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Price was great and the bikes are even better. We had a local person assemble them and it worked out well. At first, we thought the 7 speeds were overkill (in Florida) but we actually like the ability to adjust the gears. Recommend highly!

Around the same time we ordered myself a Sixthreezero cruiser women's bike for vacation, we had also ordered one from a competitor brand for my best friend who I would be vacationing with. The one from the other company had to be returned twice - the first time it was missing parts with a very warped back wheel and the second time the back wheel was still warped. My husband who was putting the bikes together for us was really impressed with how Sixthreezero neatly packed all the parts of the bike with such quality. We had no problems with Sixthreezero and we love the quality and appearance of this bike. We will most likely shop with Sixthreezero again!
