"Bad experience"
Unfortunately, my experience with this website was far from positive. In fact, it was downright disappointing, frustrating, and left me without a bike.
My nightmare started when I placed an order for a bike on sixthreezero.com. Initially, I was thrilled because the website made the process seem so easy and straightforward. I chose the bike I wanted, made the payment, and waited for the bike to be shipped to my doorstep. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.
Days turned into weeks, and I didn't receive any updates on my order. I tried contacting the customer service team, but my emails and phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, I received an automated email stating that my order had been cancelled, and I would be refunded. I was baffled and frustrated because I never requested to cancel the order. I was eager to receive the bike I had paid for.
When I finally managed to get in touch with the customer service team, they were unhelpful and unsympathetic. They gave me vague and unsatisfactory explanations, which made me feel like they didn't care about my situation. I was left with no choice but to request a refund, which took longer than expected to process.
What was supposed to be a seamless shopping experience turned into a nightmare, and I was left without a bike. It was disappointing, frustrating, and a waste of my time and money. I wouldn't recommend sixthreezero.com to anyone, and I would advise anyone to think twice before placing an order on their website at sixthreezero.com.

I initially contacted Cristina in customer service because there were missing parts in my order. She was really helpful and I ended up returning the bike (I had purchased from Amazon) and ordered directly. I love the bike! My husband put it together. He said the instructions need updating but he figured it out. It is beautiful and can't wait to ride it.

"Perfect bike for arthritic hands"
I had a lot of questions before I settled on a particular bike. Customer service was always very prompt and helpful and friendly and patient. The bike was delivered in perfect condition and the person that I bought it for absolutely loves it. I had to be careful with the bike that I chose because it was a present for somebody with arthritic hands. She needed a bike that would allow her to sit up straighter and not put much pressure on her hands and wrists. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this company.

Technical specifications on website aren't necessarily correct for the model being viewed, selected, or purchased. Extensive damage during shipping without any signs of damage to shipping box. Missing/no physical serial numbers on bikes. Long lead time for shipping of replacement for damaged parts (2 to 4 weeks).

We have had a lot of trouble with our bikes. First there were parts missing. Then the parts were damaged. Now our tires go flat between rides (24 hours or less). I have never left a bad review in my life but this has been a tough go.
