I purchased a three wheeler for my Wife. She loves it although it is slightly high when she gets on (she is 5'6"). My biggest complaint is that the instruction manual is very poor. The sketches are good, but more verbage needs to be added to alert the builder about things like putting the fenders on the correct side of the lugs, proper alignment of the sensor to the derailer, and ensuring proper alighnment and insertion of the electrical whip going to the controler. I am sure that there are other item that must be accurately adjusted, but I was lucky to get them right. It took two emails to the master mechanic to get her bike going under power.

The fenders are flimsy and cheap feeling, the rest of the bike looked and felt solid and finished well

What a great company to deal with. Ordering process directly from 630 was super easy. Bike arrived from CA to NC in 7 days. Assembly will take you about 30 minutes if you take your time. i have the Around the block single speed. Bike rides great... bought it for cruising my neighborhood....next purchase for the bike will be a bottle holder..

Bike was delivered well packaged, with enough packing materials within the box protecting the bike. There was no damage to the bike and assembly was straight forward. It was a very good experience. The bike rides extremely well and was exactly what I was looking for.

Recently ordered an ebike, but before it was shipped wanted to change the color. Used the chatbot on the website on a Sunday and the next day Rizelle from customer service was able to get me squared away. Really quick turnaround and great support! Give Rizelle a raise!

Very difficult to steer. too much rake in the front forks!
The seat would not tighten. had to buy a new camp.

They are super responsive to any inquiries; they helped when my bike wasn't the right one for me; they did exactly what they said they were going to do and in a timely fashion. Those aren't always the kind of company values that a consumer finds these days, so I was delighted with the entire experience. And the final bit is that I can't even ride the bike because my knees are a problem.

Lovely bike...looove the step-through for my 5' frame and I was able to assemble it by myself, except for the brakes. I like the option to have it assembled by a shop with the reimbursement. It has a good battery life and I'm enjoying riding it. I can't wait to ride this summer with my friend who bought the Every Journey. Cheers from the Jersey Shore.
