"I tried to cancel the order two weeks…"

I tried to cancel the order two weeks before they claimed they we going to ship. They refused and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to force a refund. Very poor service and experience.

I had been in the market for a beach cruiser bike and am so glad to have found sixthreezero! This bike is comfortable, sturdy, fun to ride, and easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

"Customer Support can definitely improve"

Loved the bike as we had one previously. This fat tire ebike came very damaged and instead of fixing the customer, I had to constantly ask for updates on parts and then after a month, when shipped, I had to install the rack, controller, wiring, battery, fender, fender stays which took about 3 hours.

"Coaster bike arrived…"

Single speed coaster bike arrived within four days of my order. Fed ex delivered to wrong address, but a walk around the block found the package.
Bike seems sturdy. No chance to ride yet- inclement weather. The lilac and ginger colors stand out from the usual bike shades.
Easy to put together via the You Tube video 630 puts out. Seat is comfy for this plus sized senior. Patient step by step instructions. Eager for spring!

"My bike arrived broken"

My bike arrived broken. No dispute about that, but they assume that everyone is a bike mechanic. I'm not. When I asked to return the bike, it took 2 days for them to agree. But would not send a replacement. Told me to go to a bike shop. Well I did, rode 3 bikes that also had my desired criteria, and ordered from Blix. I am totally happy, and in the end saved myself the stress of dealing with 630, plus due to a Valentine's sale. I saved several hundred dollars.

"Wonderful Tricycle and Great Customer Service"

As my Husband assembled my new Electric Tricycle, we looked at videos which answered most of our questions. We also contacted Customer Service to answer our additional questions.
My Husband really enjoyed this project because it went together easily because of the assembly of the parts and everything fit…very few surprises. Sixthreezero thought of everything including a bag of extra fittings and the tools to assemble the Tricycle.
I love my new Tricycle. It is very sturdy, beautiful and fun to ride! I can’t wait until warmer weather so I can ride it more often!

"Pave n' Trail Women's 7-Speed Committed RiderHybrid Bike 1"

From the ordering, delivery and support from Sixthreezero was a very good experience for me. I have been enjoying riding this bike for six months. The wheel base is 27.5". I was riding a 26" wheel base on a very old bike so this took some getting used to. The turn radius is not as tight. I am 5ft 71/2 inches tall. The bike works well for my size. The handlebars are a good style for me because my long legs don't interfere with them. They also help me ride more upright. The seat and handlebar adjustments that can be made make for a comfortable ride just for me. I love the fenders and the bike rack as well. The tires are thinner on this bike but it manages well on city streets, paved trails, and also on unpaved areas. The Videos and information to put it together were concise and thanks to the pause on the videos my Husband and I just followed step by step. Putting the bike together has now given me the confidence to make any adjustments I will need in the future with the enclosed tools. We did put it together using our tools. We had some issues with a few parts and needed adjustments and SixThreeZero was quick to respond to rectify the problems. I have gotten lots of compliments on this bike. The teal color and pink rims stand out. People always want to know where I got it.

Absolutely love love love my Six Three Zero Around the Block Women's 26" 250W 7 Speed Electric Beach Cruiser!! The bike is of superior quality, easy to use, and sooooo fun to ride! I bought the teal blue and get so many compliments from people we see when riding trails or at RV parks. It is quite, sturdy, and very peppy. I am 5’10” and larger framed. The bike fits me perfectly. I made some of my own adjustments at the handle bars for comfort. I had the bike professionally assembled to be sure I had everything right. The service tech who assembled was very impressed with the bike as well. A must buy at half the price of most competitors. If you have questions, contact the Six Three Zero team - they are super helpful and will not steer you wrong. Oh, shipping was quick too.

This item was a gift, which ended up being a duplicate gift and the way SixThreeZero handled the exchange for this item was about the best I’ve ever experienced from a company. Kudos on customer service. Also, the bag is very nice, the fit, style and function is perfect for the bike

"Easy to assemble"

Easy to assemble. Shipment came when promised. I like the weight of the bike as I transport it around. Not a fan of the seat. Will buy another that’s better suited for me. Other than that I would recommend sixthreezero
