the assembly was a bit difficult with less than great instructions. One part was damaged and a replacement was sent with NO instructions so I was unable to fix the bike I don't have a front brake.
Otherwise, I really enjoy the bike.

"Terrible experience"
Terrible experience. Bought two bikes. Went to assemble the first, and had a missing part and unclear instructions. Called tech support. Was informed that the instructions were out of date (?!). Also needed to fill out a form to get the missing part and wait for it. Rather, I packed the bike back up, and it went back to 630 for a refund. We then bought our bikes locally. And at the point I packed it up, I was on step 3 of 50. No way I was going to deal with delays, incorrect assembly instructions, and parts issues. Not sure how this company is surviving, except that it has an excellent website and aggressive marketing.

"Bike was ordered in January"
Bike was ordered in January — arrived with defected fender — took a month and a half to resolve. Initially was sent wrong replacement part and after several phone calls and using online customer service replacement issue was resolved. As a customer I feel that the customer service side is good but it is obvious that there is miscommunication between customer service and product replacement warehouse.

Parts - many need replacement sooner than later - I just replaced the bottom bracket bearings and cups (no bearing seals) on my wife’s single speed cruiser. No help on the website with parts info. I found a perfect replacement on Amazon: DONSP1986 Store 2" Cup Bottom Bracket Set,One-Piece Bottom Bracket Cup Set Bearings Included,Silver.
