I love my EVRYjourney bike! It is very comfortable and I love to sit up straight. I prefer this bike to my Trek hybrid.

timely delivery, great instructions for assembly. The only thing I would change is where the gear numbers are. They are "sideways" so when they are seen from sitting on bike the #2 looks like a 3.

"Nice but a few issues"

I got the step thru bike in teal. It arrived on time but there were a few issues. Brakes were not adjusted properly and would not stop the bike, back wheel had a wobble, and the derailer was bent. I had to find a bike shop willing to fix those issues for me and it cost another 100$. So be prepared to spend a little extra. I do love the bike now that it’s fixed. I’m a senior citizen and needed the very low step thru. Also I feel all electric bikes should come with electric brake lights. This one does NOT. my previous Mars bike did. A wonderful safety feature.

"Stylish and competent, if not great."

These bikes are very stylish. They ride decently, but the motor assist is unrefined.
Some of the hardware is a bit cheesy and obviously from a lower tier from the supply companies like Shimano.
Not that it's bad, just not great.
The motor assist is too strong at "1", and doesn't change much at higher settings. Refinement of the electronics would help.
For the price, a good choice.

"I flippin LOVE this bike"

I flippin LOVE this bike. I researched e-bikes for about a year before I pulled the trigger, and I have ridden it almost every day since I got it. Strangers tell me how cute it is. It is comfortable and smooth. I bought a spare battery as well, which is from a different manufacturer than the battery that came with the bike. The spare battery is a higher quality battery than the original-lasts much longer.

I liked the fast shipping.
The color is pretty (coral).
The bike is comfortable to ride.
Great seat, very comfortable!
The area I am in is hilly, so love having 21 speeds.

I did not like that the brake cables were so bent, that the cover split and they had to be replaced. I got the replacement cables, but cannot figure it out to install them, so now I have to pay to have that done.
Some of the assembly videos are outdated and/or poor quality. (Bouncy cell phone videos.)
