Today we had an engineer out to sort out the problems we had trying to get a smart meter installed. Neil came and the whole job was installed and completed within 3 hours. He was an extremely pleasant man, very knowledgeable. He knew how to rectify the situation that had baffled numerous engineers for the past 7 years. We finally had our smart meter installed and we are now able to get the benefit of reduced bills working alongside our solar panels .

I'm really pleased how the installation went. This is was far from straightforward, with some difficult angle drilling to access the main cut out. John was brilliant and persistent, kept on checking on how happy I was with various aspects and decision that made the job challenging. I had set up what I could on the Ohme app, but John finished it up with me and the charger was up and running, and with a demo to check on usability because my EV is still not here. Once my date was given for the install, I had reminders, with tips for the installation, so I had prepped the job area, making the job easier for the engineer, well relatively. I still have to test it on my car when it arrives but this part was top notch.

Neil came to change my meters to smart meters this morning. Phoned up about half an hour before to confirm his arrival time. He was polite and friendly. He knew what he needed to do, got on with it and was finished in about an hour and a half. Very efficient. Thank you
