"Excellent install service, above and beyond"
EES were contracted by Podpoint for our EV charger install. The technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable and identified a number of safety issues with electrical prep work carried out by another company (who are not getting a glowing trustpilot review!). On his return visit, EES agreed with their technician to fix a further issue identified, beyond the scope of charger installation and at no additional cost. Superb commitment to seeing a customer happy from EES - thank you - and great to see the faith they place in their field team. Highly recommended, I would choose them myself for the prep work if I could.

My pod point was fitted yesterday.Lucky to have good engineer.Dave who visited has done a fantastic clean job. Everything was perfect start to finish ( He explained everything clearly, realistic and the job what he has done is safe in all aspects )

"Amazing Engineer"
We would like to thank our amazing engineer, who had just started fitting our charging point when we were hit by Storm Arwen, causing our power to go off. He worked by torch light for as long as possible, hoping power would soon return. Eventually, the dark got the better of him, but he returned the following day, on his day off, to complete the job. We were so impressed by his dedication and lovely manner. We would highly recommend this company for their commitment to their customers.

"Awful experience"
Awful experience. Communication was very poor. They wanted extra money from me for 'additional work' which didn't exist. My installation date was put back twice. I was as helpful and accommodating as possible but in the end I had no option than to deman a refund. I have since found another installation company that has made more progress in two days than Energise Energy made in six weeks. Beware, if you buy an EV charger from Pod-Point, these are who they assign for the installation and Pod-Point want nothing more to do with you once they have your money.

Energise we’re selected to install my Pod Point charger. They planned the installation, verified all of the imagery and were professional throughout. I was kept informed and updated by the engineer who went the extra mile and made sure the finish was clean. I am now using the Pod Point to charge my car.

"Appalling throughout"
Appalling throughout, Where to start. 4 installations were scheduled and none were successful. The first was a total no show despite the office "guaranteeing" the engineer would arrive. The second engineer that was booked arrived and arrived on time, the self survey details that I submitted didn't match what he expected so he couldn't carry out the installation, I called the office to rearrange and was given a 3rd date. The 3rd date arrived and no engineer arrived, the office told me that one hadn't actually been booked in. The 4th engineer slot was today, I'd completed what I was asked to from the previous engineer, the new installer arrived, scoped the job and seemed to be making a start. After about 1/2 hour on the phone he told me that he couldn't do the work as some built in seating needed to be moved. I told him I'd happily move it, it would only take 10 minutes, fine said the engineer, he go and do a quick service call then return to complete the job. I text him 10 minutes later to confirm the seating had been moved. Unsurprisingly he didn't return to complete the job, leaving me with a dismantled seating area and exposed consumer unit. I made 7 calls to the office and not one time did anyone return my call despite promising they would, I called the engineer 7 times and was fobbed off saying he was busy on other jobs. The only person who spoke sense was the engineering manager who tried to rearrange, but couldn't find a slot. Overall the most disappointing, frustrating, and inconsiderate company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not sure if this is isolated but they seem too busy to satisfy the amount of work they have committed too, I'd avoid in case.
After all this I'm still without a car charger despite having the initial date over 3 weeks ago.
