"Worth the wait"

Installation was quick, easy, friendly and the process was very simple. Only reason for 4 star was the long time before appointment. Other places offered a lot quicker but no finance option which was a deal breaker.

The whole process from filling out the first contact form to the installation was really straight forward. Before the charge could be fitted, we had to complete a short questionnaire and send a few photos to let the team know about the property. This questionnaire was really easy and took no time to complete. Andy, the engineer, contacted me the day before to let me know what time he was planning on coming to carry out the installation. Andy was on time and walked us through exactly what would happen during the install. The install required the electric to be shut off for periods but we were both working from home, so required Internet connection. Andy was flexible and worked around our needs. Andy spent some time talking me through how the EV charger worked and the app. We really like the look of the charger, it is a lot less bulky than we imagined which is good. Can’t recommend the service anymore, very professional and did a very clean and tidy job.

Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had when dealing with a company. Quick to take your money but the aftercare is shocking. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company. Only use these if you want to be misled and ignored. The engineers haven't got a clue and operational support team offer no support at all.

We had a home EV charge point installed by Energise. I spoke to numerous companies before deciding who to go with and can say without doubt they were the best choice.

Outstanding service both before and during the installation. They were prompt, professional and above all value for money.

We had the Easee One charger and have been extremely happy with its easy of use and the App is also easy to use and schedule charging times during the night to get the cheaper tariff.
