worst customer service when you send mail they took 2days and some time didn't answer you
the daily to appear the shipment in your box
i have some shipment have one month to appear in my box and every day i contact with him
last thing i have shipment when i consulted it
one pakge with tracking number 9400108205496352109136
its contain screws driver and they send strips and when i contacted with him no rustle and the secrews despiser
and they didnt the strips

"If you want to be disappointed and if you like stress and time wasting, it is your first option". They was good in the past but now they are cant manager their business so they let me lose more than 70$ in the last package only so I will stop using them"
Every package with a new disappointment from late service, and losing packages.
"last time in march 2021, They lost my package and lied to me and upload fake information then let me pay for shipping and insurance for it, and at the end they don't want to compensate and when they promised to do something, as usual they are not replying nor responding as promised from their customer service"
Last Incident details:
-There is a parcel with package ID 7678876467, It has delivered to Global shopaholics on 17 Feb,
- and I waited too long until on 8th March they uploaded it on the system after many complaints from my side and many fake promises from their side.
- Even I asked all you customer service team if it lost, please be honest with me, but all of you ensured that the physical box is there,
-then I made a shipment request,
- and I found that this specific package is the only one which had not a picture for its content as usual and as the rest of the packages, so I reached the customer service many times, and they was telling me that they will check why and will let me know, but the ensured that the warehouse cant upload an item which physically not there,
- then when I received the my package, I didn't find these parcel in the box.
- They let me pay for something which they didn't send, I paid insurance and shipping for something has never been sent, plus the 54.95 USD the cost for these stuff plus the inconvenience which happened because it has this medical back support for me, and if they was honest from beginning I would bought another one and send it instead of waiting for some lies.

Just that each time parcel ref has to be given thru chat-customer support & only then the parcel appears in storage. - hence the -1star
