I have used their mail forwarding services a couple times for purchases from US websites and I must say that I am very happy with their services. I had no issues at all and the client service was happy to help when I had questions. Once there were some delays because of the weather conditions, but the customer service assured my packages would be updated in my account soon. After all, they received my packages well and I received them good in my home country. I will keep on using their services and I do 100% recommend them!

The worst company that I have dealt with, 17/02/2021 I have shipment took 2 weeks to be prepared.after shipping was returned to them,since then I'm trying to get refund but no respond.Also, I ask them to deliver it to another company but they ignore and dely till today11/03/2021

Worthless
They continue to lose packages and not respond
More than three weeks since paying for the shipping and the package is not shipped yet - I don’t even need the stuff I ordered anymore
Called UPS directly, they told me they never got a request from GS for pick up
As usual they must have stolen the stuff

"Terrible customer service and not reliable!!"
The service started declining end of November 2020. They lost some of my packages. Took a month to process my consolidation request. As a result my consolidated package (missing the one one they lost) was not shipped until after Christmas. My family did not receive their Christmas gifts and my son his birthday gift. My mother passed away before she could enjoy my last Christmas gift to her. There is no empathy in the customer service. When they leave packages out or misplace them, they do not care. They make you pay for the shipping of these missing packages when they are eventually found. When you ask to speak to the owner or manager, no response. William Smith should not work in customer service as he has no empathy or understanding of what customer service is. He told me that a strip of batteries could not be shipped to my country and left them out of my consolidated package. I was able to order the same strip of batteries directly from Amazon without delay or issues with customs. In addition, one of my packages was not uploaded and was left out of my last consolidation request, I sent William Smith an email asking that I get the batteries and this missing package sent to me and what was he going to do about it. I have not yet heard back. I should not be charged for their mistakes. Once I have my two packages, I will not be using Global Shopaholics again. I do not suggest using this company.
