I worked with them before since 2017 for several shipments (7 shipments). They started well and then since 2018 every time there was some delays with some excuses. I used them the last time in April 2019 and got fed-up so decided not use them anymore because of the continuous delays and improper consolidation (package is much bigger than it should be) and started using another service provider.
I needed something recently (Feb 2020) so I tried them hoping things have improved but again the same problem and it is just one package taking more than a week to consolidate. Simply slow service and we did not even get to the shipping part yet.

Takes ages to do progress a simple step - it will take you around a week to get your package shipped.
This is despite following up with them a number of times and being promised "it's about to be processed" but nothing happens it's been 2 weeks. At this rate it will take them over a month just to ship (if we even get to that). Just terrible service and you'll be chasing them for the most basic of services

I have been using GS for over three years and while sometimes there are delays it has been worth it !!
Today I had two shipments that needed shipping and Elia consolidated the packages and generated shipping labels on the spot! Super helpful.
I have shipped hundred of packages with GS and nothing has gone missing except one package recently which I am sure will turn as Emma George is assisting with the matter.
