"2 weeks for only receiving & redirect…"

2 weeks for only receiving & redirect one shipment and every day i am texting customer support on website & Twitter and only i get apologies & promises to be finalized everyday for week till now

"Worst customer service"

Worst customer service, and bad service overall. It took them a long time to find and upload my items, consolidating the items took a long time, and after all that they managed to forget an item and not ship it with my package, the item was consolidated with the rest. Even after they acknowledged (after 15 days of using live chat) they wouldn’t even ship the item free of charge. They told me to just ship it with future items. I might not ship anything for a while, and I needed that item to be in that last package where it should have been. I don’t recommend that anyone use them for the time being, especially if they want their items to be shipped and delivered correctly and professionally.




Update 19 April 2021:
They say in the replies that they have tried to contact me, I don’t like lying, I haven’t received any email or phone calls or even mail for them. I’m the one who tried contacting them on all their support platforms and they never solved my matter. I don’t recommend them at all.


Update 3 May 2021:
The lies are still coming, nobody has contacted me to the time I wrote this update. They will try to trick people that they have good customer service which they don’t. My issue hasn’t been resolved. And I wish they can prove that they’ve tried to contact me. I provided them with every contact detail I have and they haven’t contacted me.

Very poor. They don't answer the phone, the live messaging is a scam, they don't reply to emails. Items are missing, I'm closing my account.

"Seriously don’t use their services !!!"

Seriously the worst experience ever they think if they gain the trust of the Saudi customers they can do wat ever they want. A lot of missing packages delayed entry to inbox and delayed preparation for shipment. And sending out of shipment is really miss. And worst of all the customers service now nothing.

"Very reliable company"

I have been using this company since 2016, apart from some very minor problems which were solved by the support I have never faced any major problem and I have shipped tons of packages through this company. All my products are packed nicely and they never miss an item.
People need to realize that due to covid and recent weather problems in that area some delays are to be expected, I am sure these problems will be fixed with time and they will be back to their normal timings.

Every person I have spoken to was very helpful but Emma Georgia stands out as she is always very supportive and solves any problem I am facing very quickly.
I have checked every other company and used some too but GS has the most reasonable charges and shipping rates, no other company has these kind of rates, will be using this company for all my shipments and recommend this to anyone looking for such service.

Recently Global Shopaholic services went too bad. Shipments were not updated for long times plus many other problems. Fortunately, I contacted Emma Georgia who helped and solved the problems professionally. My starts go to Emma Georgia.

"Decided to give it another go - Already regret it"

I last used the services of Global Shopaholics last year, and I was simply disgusted by their service (or rather the lack of it). Albeit they made several claims about their contact hours (9.00 - 17.00), customer service live chat hours on Facebook (9.00 am - 9.00 pm EST), incoming package upload (12 - 16 business hours), package consolidation (12 - 24 business hours), their service could simply not live up to any of those claims). The fact that quite a few other reviews on Trustpilot mentioned that packages would get lost made me really question whether they were really "losing" packages or their business was simply not run well.

However, since my packages did arrive in the end, and I did not find an alternative with affordable shipping options, I decided to give it another shot. And the first experience this time was surprising: it took them less than a day to upload the package to the website!

Yet, that was when I started to regret my choice. Having consolidated my package, I am now waiting for more than a week to choose and pay shipping costs and have my package shipped. Their site and Facebook live chats are still not up to the standards they claim to be - Even though they still claim the same contact / live chat hours I mentioned before, they leave before 17.00 and mention they will return at 11.00 am the next day. One of the customer agents even had the guts to ask me to write a positive review on TrustPilot for their customer service. Let me tell you one thing: I am very happy I did not do so.
You do not simply get a positive review for just having your customer service talking nice to me. You get one for adhering to ALL the standards and services you claim to offer. Or at the very least improving your service from last time.

"Great service and great shipping rates"

Great service and great shipping rates. I love the options they provide such as gift wrap etc. I have been dealing with them since 2017 and they are getting better and better. I appreciate the customer service they reply fast. Especial thanks to EMMA GEORGIA for such great and professional service.
