"Very poor service"
Very poor service. (1) Customer agents unresponsive and unhelpful. The website says we typically respond in a few minutes. From my experience, waiting time over chat was always over an hour and in a few cases exceeded 12 hours. Even when customer agents are reached they are unable to offer any help; (2) it takes an extremely long time (up to 1 week in my case) for packages/parcels to reflect in the storage center with no email notification received; (3) it takes forever to prepare packages for shipment, in my case it took 2.5 weeks to prepare with no clear reasoning provided despite multiple follow-ups; (4) then it took another week from the date of payment to ship out the package; (5) when filing complaints nothing whatsoever is offered to the customer, no useful information is provided or action taken to expedite the process. If customer service cannot actually provide help and complains are not given attention, then the process is not efficient or effective. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and the level of service is not up to a minimum standard.

Do not send any package to this company, they will hold it and not ship it. There is so many complaints about them.

Bad Experience, i had a lot of troubles with them, slow reply, slow action, my item is pending since NOV 2020 until date and whenever you ask for an update all you get is we will update you via Email and puffff ..... no update nor replies.
other people might have got good experience with Them but for me it was the worst and never trying them again.

A SCAM, even the shipment is arrive here in Thailand. I was ordering books, but they declare something else which making non-taxable goods became 30% which making the whole shipment is double of my parcel cost.

I love global shopaholics because they have good customer service and they take pay attention to little details . I faced a lot of issues with amazon and shipping companies but every time they help me. I would like to thank James cuz he has been good listener and resolves a lot of issues

I am Divin I live in Rwanda. I've been reviewing the services of Global shopaholics but today I am super amazed by their services and their best customer care by Miss Elia, despite this hard season and snowstorm around USA many companies found it hard to help their clients but Global shopaholics had no excuse and kept on working hard to give us their best service, now our shipment is safe and as usual it will get to us with no doubt.
Special thanks to Miss Elia, she is always helping us her kindness, caring way, patience and love is incomparable. I can't thank her and her team enough but to me she helped us have a good experience in Global shopaholics, use their service you will testify too.

"Worst service"
Worst service, be aware, Every simple step takes ages, my shipment was waiting for shipping for 7 days and after I asked for its status 10s of times via the website chat, finally, someone told "accidentally" that it was Canceled!!!!! Simply 7 days of waiting for a simple update and I'm still waiting for more, Horrible.

Edit: been 20 days since I paid for shipping with no shipping and now they blocked from their website chat and email, I officially robbed !!!!!!
