"They Stole\Lost My Shipment and wont refund"

My shipment got rejected by customs and got sent back to them, Aramex tracking number says that they delivered to them and they acknowledge themselves and say it shows in their system as delivered, after one month of trying to reach them they say they cannot find it in their warehouse, if their records say they received but they cannot find it, it means they must have stole it ,and they wont want answer me when i ask for refund

Totally unreliable and thiefs , I will report this to consumer rights

I was Having stupid problem caused by poor and lazy customer server employ by giving me wrong info about shipping and what is allowed and what is not and he make me pay 24 day of time waiting and the problem get complexed and today I talk with Elia and she solve the problem and I ask some info and I hope she is right Lol not like the 4 guys that was before that's it good luck and have nice day.
