"Bad wear-house but Mark is star"
I've used this service for multiple shipments before because it's convinent and quick but when it came to the most important and most urgent shipment I had the worst experience I have ever had with a shipment in my life, my shipment status was not being updated for weeks and did not ship for almost a month, I spoke to every customer service staff available and all of them while being very polite and do actually check on my shipment status all they did was give me false very convincing hopes that it will be shipped "soon", "shipped within a day" and even "shipped within a few hours" just so they can get off the chat, I also had a number of lost shipments that were delivered to their facilities but did not show up on my account..this was going on for weeks until I spoke to Mark from the customer service team who actually took the time to personally investigate the issue and find out that the shipment was on hold due to an error from their side which he rectified, he gave me clear updates, tracked my missing packages, spoke to the wearhouse and actually resloved my issue with great profesionalizm - real customer service! if it wasn't for him I would cancel my account but knowing that they have a competent service staff that can actually help when needed gave me hope to continue with them since as I mentioned the service is typically quick and convenient.

been waiting since the 14th of december for 1 shipment to consolidate and to be released and everyday since christmas was over they keep saying it will be released today but nothing! mark said today, then next day emma said today, then next day ella said today, then next day john said today... definitely the worst service, all information given to you is so they can finish the conversation and get rid of you not so that they can actually do their jobs and give you proper info on what is happening

the customer service is the worst esp Mark he is just so rude and not cooperative, to be honest others were a little bit better than him with handling any questions but the website overall is just bad, they take 2 weeks to consolidate a single package! and they lose items with no refund

Customer service (for any matter) is just the worst.

the worst service ever. 3 weeks waiting for them to ship my package. i contact customer service everyday and they keep saying they will ship it today, i told them i need it as soon as possible. and until this second the package isnt shipped yet.
