i spoke with Emma Georgia one of their customer service and she is so calm and put e through things i dont understand gently

So far so good, i had a minor hick up with verifying my card but Emma Georgia fixed it real quick and answered other questions i had. Lets hope their service is as good as their customer service

Initially had a great experience with their interface. I wanted a shower head from Amazon that could not be purchased in California so I thought I would get it using Global Shopaholics. I purchased it and everything went well. Relatively long delay from they received it to consolidated it, but other than that it was smooth.

I then received an email saying:

"Dear customer,
Hope you are doing well. Kindly let us know the reason that why are you shipping locally as we usually don't ship within us.

Regards"

I replied back with the following:

"Hello,

I’m shipping locally because the item I wanted wasn’t available to ship to California directly from within Amazon.

It’s not that the item is illegal or anything in California, but we have really strict rules on what can be purchased within the state and this item (a shower head) is one of them.

I hope that makes sense.

Merry Christmas"


On Christmas day this is the email I received back:

"Dear customer,
Hope you are doing well.As per update by our team, we don't ship locally, so your shipment will be return.

Regards"

Not giving me a chance to ship to a different address, no mentioning of refunds, no mentioning reasons, not mentioning a name in any of their emails. Also not stated on their website that you can't ship within the US.

Terrible experience, it will end up costing me close to $100 without getting anything.

Now waiting for a reply if that will ever happen.

Change my 1 start review to 2 stars.
After going back and forward a few more times they did end up shipping the package to my place. However we had to go back and forward multiple times without getting nowhere. At some point they asked for an invoice of the item I bought which had nothing to do with this whole thing.
Long story short 10 emails later and over 2 weeks delayed I finally received the package.
