my review is based on comparing the service with competitors being a customer for 4 different service providers who does the same service (shopandship, fishisfast,myUS)

global shopaholic have a major management issue and very bad customer experience registering the shipments takes a very long time in addition to long processing time for consolidating and shipping

customer service is acceptable and friendly staff

price is lower than the competitors but its not always about price its about the value

I never use their service unless I am forced to do so for personal reasons and I expect them to be out of business in the next year or so

your reply is incorrect I have contacted your staff prior to my shipment , although after the incident I have contacted your management not a minimum respect nor response was provided I will never use your services again and if anyone will relay on your services will know for sure how bad it is and its a totally their choice to do so. if you would like to improve your service you should start focusing on customer satisfaction knowing there are many service providers available with way better service, the current service provider register my shipments in less than 3 hours, preparing and consolidating my shipment in less than an hour which I never dreamed of.
