"GOOD SERVICE , GOOD PRICE …"

I am using this service for a while now, it is a good service especially during the recent epidemic period as the service was not affected much.

I had a problem with one of my package and I used Facebook to contact them.

Emma Georgia was online and help me to solve the problem, she was very helpful and fast in respond.

"Untrustworthy, missing items and broken items"

Using them for few months now as an active user of forwarding services , i had the following problems :
Missing items !! . The company doesn't care about the security of packages leading to a messed up, broken and lost items
The company refused to compensate for anything

No response from costumer services. Contacting this company is difficult

Misleading information in the website led to charge of extra money from my card . The company admit that they don't offer the service but REFUSED to return money !

This company is extremely untrustworthy from my point of view and i truly recommend finding another forwarding providers if you buy small , fragile or value items.

UPDATE : this company tried to remove my review so i verified it and proved that my experience was real.
then they tried to post my email in their comment which is against any respectful privacy terms, thanks to Trustpilot they have removed their comment.

now they claim that they are trying to reach me , i have contacted them before about it and they refused to compensate anything. and now they have not sent me any email , actually i tried to contact them to see what they are up to , but no response from them yet.

scammish and sketchy company , will never change

"Missing package, horrible customer service"

My package was hand delivered to globalshopaholics on November 8. On November 11, it was put into my account. On November 16th, I paid $100+ to have it shipped via FedEx to me in Qatar. A tracking number was provided to me. Fedex says only a pre-shipment label was created and they never received my package. Here it is 3 weeks later and still no package. Globalshopaholics has given me the run around for over a week. No one can give me information on my package. They keep saying fedex has it which is a lie. I have spoken with 5 people via chat on their website and they all say we will get back to you tomorrow, no one ever does. Then I Complained on Instagram and they reported me and had my IG account deactivated. Everyday someone says I'll look into it and contact you back and they never do. My package contains over $500 worth of merchandise including Christmas gifts, items I purchased on sale, and perishables. I just want them to provide the service they are supposed to. Their customer service is a disgrace. You can't even speak to someone on the phone and a manager is non existing. Stay away from this company at all cost. I wish I had. IF I ever get my package, I will never, ever, do business with them again. Beware!!!

Update: It is now February and still no package, no money, no resolution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
