They are very late in processing shipments and if there is a season, I can imagine waiting for a long time the live chat are useless idk why they still provide live chat customer service if they cant do anything...but in some problems they are helpful... areej + ahmed + peter most of time just trying to close the chat fast as possible I won't say they are bad but they need improvement...also sometimes they are lying a lot... and if they need more time they will tell u send your passport photo just to get more time to processes your shipment ( they dont have the right to do it so you can refuse ) but i can say their prices is competitive but not the best...
