"Packages lost from my storage"
I had my parcels in my storage and it was nearing end of my free storage. I tried to increase my free storag as postal services to my country has been hit hard due to covid and prices were exorbitantly high. After one month I see two of my package bus out of my storage. I was alarmed and contacted them. There is a huge communication gap between their front desk and warehouse. The packages couldn't be located so in short I ended up losing my very loving items and my money. I had been a customer since 2017 and now I have decided to never use their services again. Very disheartening!! Don't use their services. They have made quite many mistakes like pasting one invoice with one item whereas the parcel contained several items in the past I somehow managed them from customs but this time it was beyond forgiveness.

"WARNING! This is a scam company."
I bought my item from Amazon and it arrived at their warehouse around 9.30am local Delaware time. The customer service even provided me with the warehouse CCTV footage. You can see in the following 3 images below that a guy in a red clothing collect a package my package from a Fedex van! After 2 weeks asking me to wait, they just closed my case claiming they never received anything! What a liar!
Below are the links to the CCTV images. Since TrustPilot won't allow links, just combine the sentence. I think the person who gave me the CCTV images is a newbie in the scam company and accidentally gave me these images.

I don't know what they plan to do with my package... I guess their modus operandi is to take your item, re-sell it at a higher price (because they have the receipt of our purchase from Amazon), after sometime (weeks or months) they will replace your item with a much cheaper but similar item, then they charge you for this! This is why in the other post, you can read people saying their item suddenly appeared out of blue after weeks or months.
In my case, my item is limited and the producer no longer produce the item. I think the scammer figured it out and now they are claiming the item never arrived.
This is a scam company! The customer support team is not based in US. The company claim to be based in Delaware, US but if you ask the customer support they don't even know where that is!
To anyone who read this for the first time and thinking whether it is worth or not to use their service, please AVOID this company at all cost. You have been warned! Use Stackry instead!

السلام عليكم، راح مراجعتي للشركة الزبالة هذي بالعربي والإنجليزي ، للأسف انه موظفين خدمة العملاء نادر تلاقي احد فيهم يرد بسرعة ويتعاون معك، الأغلبيه سيئين خصوصا الفيميل، صرفوني فوق ٣ مرات وكل مرة كذبة "تصريفة" من عندهم
مافي أي تعاون من ناحيتهم ولا يهمهم يحلوا اي مشكلة يواجهها العميل، انتظر ساعتين عشان يجيني الرد انه اترك معلوماتك وانتظرنا نرد عليك، لي فوق شهر وانا أحاول فيهم يحلون مشكلتي وللان ما انحلت وشكله بضطر ارمي لهم الشحنة يشبعوا فيها، والله العظيم مماطلة في العميل، بشكل فظيع، ولافي أي احترام وبطيئين جدا وشحناتهم تتأخر وتوصل ناقصة ويجحدوا يقولوا وصلتهم كذا، ما عرفت اخذ حقي منهم حتى عن طريق الباي بال، موظفة اسمها Eliaعندهم ،طلبت انها توصلني باي احد ثاني لأنها واضح قاعدة تصرفني وماتبغى تشتغل أصلا فراحت غيرت اسمها بالدردشة على اساس انه شخص ثاني الي بيكلمني وبالاخير يتضح انهم شخص واحد عشان تضيع لي قتي
ما انصح اي احد يتعامل مع هذي الشركة، لأنه لو ضاع لك اي شي او حتى موظفينهم سرقوه ماراح تقدر تطلع حقك منهم لأنك مو ساكن في أمريكا عشان تشتكيهم صح، ياجماعة انا كانت لي تجارب كثيرة مع هالشركة وخلاصة التجربة اني خسرت فلوس ووقت وما احد راح يعوضني عنها، الي يبغى يجربهم فهو قاعد يغامر، لأنه ممكن جدا تنسرق اغراضك ولاحتقدر تحاججهم بأي شيء وحيعطوك أي كذبة يصرفوك فيها
ادعوا لي بس اخلص من الشركة الزبالة هذي عشانها حتكون اخر تجربة، بجد انا خسرت مبلغ مش معقول وفوقها خسرت وقتي ولا ولاوصلت لأي حل إلى هذي اللحظة

I am pretty sure these **** are the absolute worse out there in the business market, you can easily find ten companies that offer better services and are much more willing to do what they are offering you, and with out the headache and the pain in the ass these **** have given me through the past year
I have read the terms for posting a review on this platform, and I just wanna say that if my review sounds hateful to you, it's because I DO hate this company, I have had the absolute worst experience in my life with this company and I DO hate them for that particular reason.

STAY AWAY. Do yourself a favour.
My item arrived in a huge box with heaps of empty space inside and my $150 platter was smashed to pieces inside.
They obviously took it OUT of the original wrapping and then threw it into another box with one lousy piece of bubble wrap and heaps of room inside to smash around in.
AND the postage cost more than the platter.
So I'm $300 out of pocket.
Not even an apology or partial refund.
I politely notified them in February, repeatedly followed up, sent photos, politely followed up, for 5 months. Finally "William" said there is "nothing we can do". WOW. So net result is: I lost my item and the shipping, which cost more than the item. Wasted my time, gave me the run around and took no responsibility for their bad packaging which ruined my item. That is unacceptable. Don't trust these guys. They take your money and don't care what happens after that.
