I had a parcel delivered, after 10 days the parcel was deleted from my account, I have been trying to contact the support and they added the parcel exactly after 179 days, they left me 1 day to prepare the package. I prepared the package but then system said it is -1 days left of storage and website began crashing and not allowing me to pay. Upon contacting support they said that the parcel was destroyed because they store for 180 days for free and then 30 days additionally for 1$/ day. But those 30 days didn't even run out!!!! They just stole my 900$ worth package and I will be filling a police report.

"Some major pros and cons"
Well, I am using it for a month I think and I still can't decide how it is. well, it has some pros and cons.
Pros:
1) I had some issue with the parcel, but they solved it very well which makes me satisfied.
2) Their online chat is very good
3) Customer service is nice
4) Website is user friendly
Cons:
1) Email response is terrible. It will take a while to get an answer by email
2) They work very very very slow. My parcel has still been pending for a week now and I asked them 4 times to send it and they keep saying that they will send it today, but still for 4 days and they still didn't send it. Which makes me very disappointing with the service.
So, they are great for solving a problem and going to compromise and their storage period is great, but they are very slow on sending something which is not good at all. I hope they can take this advice and improve their service

They are keeping my package hostage!
I have had a package sent to them weeks ago and ever since I have been unable to login. After multiple attempts to contact them I was eventually told that it was do to an update and would be fixed soon. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no access. They don't answer emails or try to help in any way. DO NOT USE.

"damaged item by packing it horribly, despite me asking to keep it in original box"
i chose extra padding and for the item to stay in the box. the warehouse guys repackaged it horribly
i messaged customer service to insist on this being an expensive item that needs to be padded well.
warehouse guys dont stick to your choices from the order process,
customer service is totally dethatched from the warehouse and cant reach them
my expensive item got damage because it was packed against my instructions, they took it out of its box and packaged extremely unsafely despite me messaging many times and asking for extra padding.

I have used your service multiple times before but this last experience is totally unacceptable and proved to be a total failure. i hope this email find its way to the management as of the situation is unacceptable.
I had 3 items that were supposed to be consolidated and shipped in one box.
your website allows the user to choose special services for each package individually before they are packed together to be sent.
in my case i chose that one item should be stripped from all of its packaging and boxes since a simple cable cant be damaged in shipping.
when i went forward and asked for "consolidate" the 3 packages into one, i immediately noticed that the instructions i provided got mixed together and i couldn't see anymore which special service is designated to which item.
attachment 1-2-3 shows the options i chose for each package, attachment 4 shows how the instruction got all mixed into one list.
i immediately took contact with customer service and informed that it's very important that the instructions dont get mixed up, then the representative told me he would make sure it will all be good. (See attachment 5 for the full conversatoin)
i crossed of the option for "extra padding/bubble" twice on two different occasions and to insist even more wrote in the comment section for special services "Pack in one box with extra padding"
First issue was that i receive a picture that shows my audio device (audio amplifier) taken out of its box despite me clicking only on "remove brown box" and not clicking on "remove item box".
i contacted customer service to insist one more time that this item needs to be packaged and protected very good where i was told not to worry and they will contact the shipping centre.
i ended up receiving the package and in attachment 6 you will how the device was in direct danger with nothing but the cardboard box separating it from any impact.
the result after all my attempt to assure my package will be extra padded and safe was a total disappointment.
in pictures 7-8-9 you see how the device had been impacted under transit
you will see the amount of padding in the picture 10 is very small, in comparisoin in me giving instructoin 3 different times to have extra padding.
the person packing the item ignored left the weight of the whole item made of metal to rest on the small power switch you can see in image 13, in image 11-12 you can see how the device was squeezed and the thin power switch was the resting place for all the weight of the device. The power switch almost made a whole in the cardboard and doesn't work properly now. this is an expensive piece of equipment that i though i could trust you in just shipping it forward.
Anyone who cares for the work their doing wouldn't package a device in this way, especially against my request, especially when i contacted customer service about this item.
your website shouldn't mix up instructions given to different items, otherwise you should give a warning the packaging instructions will apply to all the items being consolidated together.
this shows a total lack of professionality and unacceptable customer experience.

Had two packages sent through global shopaholics and had no issues other than 2nd time the package wasnt "in my storage" on their site after 2 days, talked to Peter in live support and he fixed it in under a minute. Nothing to complain about, great service!
