Never brought a purchase this big online so was a bit worried. From the time my doors were order to delivery everything was spot on. We did have a small problem with one door but it was dealt with very swiftly and professionally. My nephew who works for a company who makes bespoke doors etc said the quality of the doors and hinges etc were of very good. Would definitely recommend this company and customer service was excellent.

Very solid doors with a "German" engineered feel. Having spent many hours at many shows, I can honestly say, the quality of the Viewfold doors for a DIY fit cannot be beaten. Highly recommend the triple glazed with dual materials (aluminium external, oak internal).

Sadly, they sent a heavily stained frame which looked truly awful and was not fit for sale let alone worth the over £1,200 I paid!
When I rang to express my serious concerns the experience was dreadful. Instead of being supportive and helpful the approach was very defensive and accusatory – indeed in a subsequent email after I had explained everything they wrote:
“I do feel it strange that the items have only just been unpacked today and the packaging has gone…”
I was horrified to be honest and I complained against the individual who I had spoken with and subsequently received an email from – it was clear that they were questioning my integrity rather than dealing with their damaged £1,200 doors!!
Sadly, instead of dealing with my complaint the management spent 80% of the email dealing with defending their employee (despite having email and telephone recordings of the interaction) and then spent 20% of their time telling me that I could not get a free replacement because the time was beyond 14 days of receipt – AND all this DESPITE the fact that I had NOT asked for a free replacement but merely if we could get rid of the damaged and ugly staining.
Based on my first-hand experience on a number of occasions, there treatment of customers is contemptible - I could take legal action but they really are not worth it. Instead because I don’t want others to suffer this nasty experience, I am writing this review and for my part I will put it down to experience.
Looks can fool ...but buyer be deadly aware!!
