"Waste of alot of money!"

Spent a lot of money on a set of doors. Glass arrived scratched, door hinge holes so close to the edge that they split the wood to which they told me we have put the screw in at an angle, but after proof showing it was not put at an angle they changed it to being pilot holed less than 1mm from marked positioning! The frame has cracked after a week of it being installed. After care team are there only to pass blame and find a way to turn it into being your own fault and attempts to get you to buy another! Not a happy customer and a real waste of a lot of money. Wish I'd of read these reviews first

From the moment I contacted Dave at Vufold through the ordering process and to delivery ,Vufold were first class

"Poor customer service/Expensive"

Had issue with doors locking paid £250 for a report on the issue (VUfold employee!!) handle broken and door not locking. The VUfold employee confirmed that they had several issues with that handle and replaced the handle. The door not locking was apparently the fitters fault. I was still charged the full £250 even though the handle was confirmed as faulty
They are cheap for a reason!!!!!!! Check other window companies before using if you have issues at least you have some redress.

"Excellent customer service"

We have just taken delivery of our 4th set of internal bifold doors from Vufold. As usual the quality of service has been excellent.
The 3 older sets are over 6 years old and the newer design has changed for the better (nothing wrong with the old ones, just these have had the benefit of 6 years of "evolution"). I called up Nicky in customer service, who couldn't have been more helpful, and asked for some help. Thanks to her I am now in a position to tweak the older versions and bring them up the 2020s. Highly recommended

Excellent doors. Numerous delays, but understandable considering the current situation.
Door handles were a let down, replaced with some of our own.
The single opening door kit did not arrive. Resolved by phone.
