Ordered one set of doors and very pleased with the service and good value. Our builder was also impressed with the doors, and hence ordered another set. We are working in a conservation area and hence needed timber doors or good quality. There was a slight issue with part of the order but I found customer services to be exceptionally helpful and very prompt. Issue was fully resolved and very quickly. Delivery was well communicated and on time each time. Would use again.

After care service is EXTREMELY BAD! The worst I’ve encountered. The agent was trained on how not to provide any help. It’s the art of saying NO I Can’t hep you with an art.
One of the doors came with a few scratches. Vufold was not willing to replace the door free of charge. I am told I have to pay for a new one, despite it was reported within 72 hours! The reason is simple, - I reported the issue while installing door. And I found out the scratches immediately after unpacking the door.

Word of advice, if you order any doors from Vufold- check all your items during the delivery process and have the person doing the delivery to witness.

"Ordered oak bi-fold doors"

Ordered oak bi-fold doors, delivery was prompt and easy to order online. Very pleased with doors, great addition dividing lounge and dining room.
When putting hinges on the doors one of them was really stiff and was hard to open. So contacted the company and Martin who dealt with my issue resolved the problem straight away and a new hinge was delivered the next day...fantastic service! Very happy customer and will definitely recommend. Thanks again Vufold.

"Excellent service and support - highly recommended"

Excellent service right from the initial phone call to the specialist who came to fix the doors.
The lock on my bifold doors had completely gone and as such I had to call Vufold. The agent on the phone was very knowledgeable, and worked with me to sort out an agreed time and date for a specialist to come out. The specialist came out on Thursday and was very respectful of the current Covid situation. He knew exactly what he was doing and managed to fix the doors very quickly. He said that it was actually a fault with the door and not something that I had done and as such would refund me the money that had been charged for him to look at the door. I found this experience really refreshing and cannot rate Vufold highly enough. I am really pleased that I have these doors and feel reassured that if anything goes wrong in future that I would receive the same excellent service.

"Do not reccomend"

Came scratched and had paint all over them.
The door frame was damaged upon installation due to them putting the pilot holes in too close to the edge and company claim it's our fault.
Customer service rubbish
Wish I had just paid extra and found a proper company who come and fit them for you. They ship them in from another country so customer service are just glorified sales assistants and probably dont even know how to use a screwdriver let alone install doors.
They look cheap and rubbish aswel not happy

Well made and looks good, the down side is that the order was for 2 left and 1 right for which I assumed the opening door would be the 1 right not the one in the middle as supplied.

"Vufold doors are great, but the service is even better."

We bought 3 sets of bifold doors from Vufold about 2 years ago. Two were special orders with triple glazed internal blinds and one set of internal doors. The doors look fabulous and very contemporary. The service was good and the company delivered well in time for our build. 2 years on the doors still look great, but one of the internal blinds stopped working and became stuck. Vufold provided excellent service throughout the issue. They provided a way for me to check the doors during the Covid pandemic. When it was confirmed there was an issue they provided a temporary replacement glass while mine was fixed and returned and refitted once it was done. During the process they kept me informed and dealt with my issue safely and efficiently sending their guys down on a 10 hour round trip. I don't like providing reviews for standard service, I think that should be expected, also I like to see how products hold up over time, but Vufold deserve this review and I would recomend them to anyone interested in good products backed by great service if you need it.

Really pleased our new internal bifold doors from Vufold, had a joiner to fit them and although he wasn't impressed with the instructions, mentioned how well made and was really impressed with the allowances for adjustment amongst other things, from our point of view they look great and also extremely pleased with after sales care too.
