"Ordered a paid for 2 doors...arrived on…"

Ordered a paid for 2 doors...arrived on time and good product..however, had parts missing...when I rang to advise, was told I had to buy them,AGAIN...!!!

Unbelievable aftercare service...do not buy...

"Faulty hinge on French doors. Case: 55-39876"

We ordered the Master French Doors a few weeks ago. Unfortunately one of the hinges supplied was faulty, which we did not discover until it came to adjust it with an Allen key – the slot for the Allen key was rounded and not angled so we could not turn it. Very frustrating. We tried other tools to force it to turn but to no avail. I contacted Vufold to ask for a replacement. What then took place was back and forth with their technical team for two weeks. I sent them photos and videos of the hinge, and they kept saying that I had put them in a difficult situation and that I would have to pay for a new hinge as I had damaged it. The hinge cost less than £30 so I decide not to argue any more as we just needed the door installed. It's now three weeks since the doors arrived and they are still not able to shut properly and keep the weather out.

"Replacement door"

One of the doors on our bi-fold arrangement was rotting. The company agreed to replace the door under our 10 year guarantee with no fuss. A new door was duly delivered after some months due to shipping delays. I fitted the new door with help. Everything matched perfectly and problems. Everything works well.

I purchased a set of triple glazed bifold doors from Vufold a couple of years back. Was impressed with the quality of the doors, and they have functioned brilliantly since installation. Recently had one of the door handles fail, and contacted customer service. Response was positive from the outset, and received warranty replacement parts within a few days. Great products, good value, excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

"Poor Quality"

I purchased 2 sets of bifold doors, one with 5 doors and one with 3 doors. These doors are South facing and get the sun all day. I contacted Vufold as doors 4 and 5 had dust on the inside of the triple glazing. After some heated discussions they agreed to replace these doors. It took 4 months to receive these, apparently (they said) the doors come from Indonesia?? The doors are now fitted and they are equally as bad, when the sun shines all you can see is shades of dusts between the glazing. You can imagine that feels, you spend an age cleaning inside and out, then the sun comes up and you can see dust making the windows look dirty. I am looking at putting in 2 additional sets across my kitchen but will be buying elsewhere. I would say if you are buying these get the built in blinds then you will not see the dust so much, although you should be able to leave them clear. Poor QA in my opinion

Return customer- previously had an internal bifold from VuFold which transformed our living space. It was a no brainer when we moved house and needed a sliding door and some bespoke windows- VuFold have been a pleasure to deal with from initial ordering, delivery and follow up service. The team swiftly arranged an engineer visit when our sliding door stopped opening recently. They were a credit to VuFold and the engineer resolved the problem on the day with Herculean strength to lift out the sliding door panel and replace the faulty component. No hesitation in recommending the quality products and genuine customer service and top levels of care

Initially we were a little skeptical about buying our Bifold doors online, but we have been very impressed with the quality of the doors + customer service. My Vufold doors and bespoke window are installed and fit perfectly. They are extremely well made, the doors letting plenty of light whilst being very solid and secure. They are light to operate and my builder had no trouble installing them. I found the staff on the phone very helpful and considerate, so all in all a very good experience from a trustworthy and efficient company.
