I Bought internal oak bi-fold doors.
When I bought themi didnt notice the black Friday event,which meant they were redused by approximately £100 the following day.
I spoke to vufold and they immediately refunded the difference.
The doors were very good quality and fitting was not difficult at all.
Overall I am extremely pleased with them and the company as,well.
I don't normally leave reviews but I was so pleased I took time to leave one.

17 December..Just recently installed bifold doors ...
The first delivery ,the doors were packaged already damaged. I video the damaged doors and sent this to vufold. There customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Eventually we paid more money , only to have a second delivery of the same damaged goods .
Again we experienced the worst customer service. New door arrived and the doors were finally fitted.
Doors are of good quality ( once you have spent about two hours checking everything).
Fitting was very easy and the doors work really well.. so in a nutshell don't use this company they want your money ...and everything is your fault...

Check your records and emails to which I was copied in . The invoice was to my partner . This respone is a fine example how nothing is your fault.

Very happy with my lovely external, aluminium, French doors. My fitter was very impressed with the quality of the doors. Small problem with the lock which has been dealt with promptly. Everyone I had dealings with at Vufold was very helpful and patient with my endless enquiries. I would definitely recommend these doors.

Ordered an Inspire White 2.4m (approx 8ft) Internal Bi-fold Doors on 4th November and was told that the doors would be dispatched on 30th November. Received a message from the delivery driver on 1st December in the morning that the van had broken down and would keep be updated. No updates till evening so I sent a message asking about delivery and was told that it would be delivered on 2nd December. The couriers delivered a couple of days later - one door was clearly damaged and another package was open. We returned the damaged door. As we have builders in the house, I did not open the packages that contained the remaining 3 doors. I was told that a replacement would be sent on the 8th of December. Accordingly, I asked my builder to open the packages and start installing the doors expecting that I would get the door as promised. The builder informed me that one of the doors was damaged. In the meantime, the promised door was delivered, but the it was an oak coloured door instead of white! I then called up Vufold to complain about the damaged door and was told that it had crossed the 72 hours limit. I explained that had I got all the door packages in good condition, I would have opened the packages and inspected them but because the delivery was not complete I did not open them till the promised replacement delivery date (the 2nd one). They refused to replace the damaged door and despite me telling them that their 72 hour should be applicable when the entire order has been delivered rather than in parts.

I would seriously avoid this company and would recommend their products based on the experience I have had with them. I have ordered a number of products online and never had any problems with the product, delivery or service, but I can that dealing with this company has been the worst in my experience.

Buying a big purchase from a company you don’t know and a product you’ve never seen is quite daunting, but I needn’t have worried. Vufold have provided excellent products as well as an excellent service. We had two windows and a set of external bi-fold doors made to custom sizes. They were made and delivered on schedule. There were a couple of issues with the glazing which again can seem daunting when you’re not dealing with a company face to face, however Vufold were extremely helpful, their communication was excellent and they were extremely quick to rectify everything. They made everything as pain free as possible. Our installer was super impressed with the quality of the products and we are delighted! Would not recommend this company enough.
