"Lost package"

USPS delivered a package on 29th November and today 23rd December I still don't know where my package is.

They say that usps has delivered it to a wrong address, that's a joke.

"I deeply regret using GS."

I created a new account with GS and shipped a few items from Amazon to them. So far so good, all items arrived to their address. This is where all the good part ends.

The bad part started from the moment when I tried to contact the support from GS... The options are:
- online chat: super unreliable, drops in the middle of the conversation and loses all context (if you manage to reconnect)
- whatsapp: it took them 3 (three) days to receive the message and one more to get back to me (unrelated to my questions) asking payment for my shipment.
- email: very painful, you write something today and you get an answer in 2 days or so.
- over the phone? forget it, nobody answers.
About the support, again quite a painful experience, very hard to make any progress. Every day the same issue was supposed to be fixed trying the same things and with the same useless recommendations.

The (really) ugly, I tried to make the payment for my shipment with a VISA credit card from UBS Switzerland. It wasn't accepted... :D
I said, ok, what about wire transfer, I was told it takes more than a week :D My money transfer between Dubai - Switzerland took less than 2 days.
Next option, BTC :) I ended up paying about 120$ for a shipment that was supposed to be 89$.

I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST!!!
I have never seen such poor service, to receive your package it takes at least 1 month after 1000 efforts.
They will ask you each time for proof of payment for your order, your banking information and even after that they do not respond correctly to your complaints limit these are responses from robots
Knowing that until now I have a package that has been blocked for 32 days because of their faulty site, I claim that the shipping services are not displayed and they ask me each time for other things to bypass my request

Zero star for shopaholics for shipment no C8TX1734.received by shopaholics 3 weeks back n still they dont know what happend to the shipment.wetr courier collected it or wetr they have missed it.always cliche replies from chat agent n never get any update via mail as committed.always i will get a cliche reply from ur team that u r investigating this n soon will get an update.your entire team is not at all professional in any manner.i think in future also your team cant attain a standard in handling this type of situation
