Now ive been using global shopaholics service a few times in a row. They do a great job and i trust and recommend. They pack really nicely, even small items, they responsive and responsible. Be sure to choose the right carrier, for me FedEx works best, DHL tends to be slow.

Was a bit worried when I had to ask them multiple times where my package was in the warehouse, but once they found it I had it within two weeks!

"Refund Gone!!"

It is really bad experience. It charged two amounts to my card for verification but it doesn't refund refund automatically. Contact support for more than 3 times.

1st time: it added that amount in the account wallet instead of refund
2nd time: after long process, they refunded some amount to my card but not all. Account wallet is zero now.
3rd time: asked about the remaining amount, no update or refund since then
4th time: asked about the remaining amount AGAIN!!

I've been a Global Shopaholics user for almost 3 years now and I have to say they offer the cheapest shipping rates for any package forwarding service I've ever used. I ran into some issues with their new dashboard which were promptly fixed after a quick chat with their fast and responsive customer service. However, I do wish their package processing time was a bit faster but all in all they provide a solid and reliable service. Highly recommended.
