This place is the worst place you may have to deal with in your life
Shipping is slow and may last for weeks for a large amount that is not worth it

"I shipped 3 packages of door know and…"
I shipped 3 packages of door knobs and latches to this group. They sent me picture of the packages. I paid them the requested fees. They will not send the packages and state they have lost all 3 packages. Dont use this service as they are thieves and will steal your merchandise. They are asking for never ending documents. I paid them to steal my packages. they won,t answer me.This is a scam

"They are Scam be carefull"
I have received a few packages and planned to get them when I return back home as I was travelling around.
When Logged into the system after some time to check the recently arrived parcels I saw I was charged 170$ of storage fees for 3 packages exeeding the storage period
They have not sent a single reminder email regarding this, when I contacted them they said maybe your items are destroyed ! (I have then read their terms and conditions and could see after the storage period + 15 days they may sell the item in auction!!!!) but they were saying we have destroyed it (Maybe being stolen!)
Be carefull as they are not even following their own terms and policy!

Hi there everyone! Hope everyone's having a blast as I'm not :-/
I'm their business customer having shipped over 60 shipments in total.
So I'll share my two year and counting experience of using Global Shopaholics and whatever I write in this review is indeed verifiable by me. Although I'm still in the phase of concluding my business with them, I think it's time they deserve an honest, deserving review. They are managed by a "POOR MANAGEMENT" otherwise, it could even compete with names like MyUS even one day.
Reason to go with Global Shopaholics:
- If and only if you care about saving money at the cost of everything else. Yes, they are the cheapest.
Reasons to avoid:
1. Poor management leading to horrendous, and if I may say "stupid" mistakes.
2. Poor management leading to horrendous mistakes.
3. Poor management leading to horrendous mistakes.
4. Improperly trained personnel (again due to management) leading to miscommunication and mishandling.
Yes, I mentioned it thrice with due diligence and please don't confuse management with their support staff... Their support staff is good. I'm specifically talking about those who manage the business/company, "THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE..."
They have committed many stupid mistakes in my time with them and I won't mention them as it would harm their reputation (which I still don't want).
But a few weeks back, I committed a small mistake:
So I have a tonne of incoming packages and one of them skipped my books which I maintain; 180 days went by, which is their maximum "free storage time". and when it finally caught my attention after like 20 days over the 180 day period, there was a charge showing on it - $2/day equating to over $40 (which is of course their policy, I totally get it).
Here comes the interesting part. Naturally, I emailed them acknowledging my mistake and asked them to remove the surcharge.
They promisingly replied after a few days saying this:
"We will first have to confirm the package's whereabouts in the warehouse and only then can we say anything." So I said okay, and then after a day or two, they confirmed that the package is in fact in the warehouse and is ready to be added to your shipment and that they will remove the surcharge upon consolidation. So I couldn't be happier and thanked them and even told them, that IF I EVER COMMIT SUCH A MISTAKE AGAIN, THEY MAY WELL EVEN DESTROY THE PACKAGE... I submitted the request the very next day...
So it happened, they removed the surcharge from my shipment charges, but when I received the shipment, it didn't have the required package (worth $159.98 to be exact) and even paid customs duties for it as it was declared in the commercial invoice. So I called them and explained the situation... After one and a half weeks, they said they can't find the package in the warehouse and that it's missing. I immediately emailed them with the package's original purchase invoice asking for a refund and LO and BEHOLD, THEY BLATANTLY SAID IT TO MY FACE THAT THEY CAN'T REFUND ME AS IT WENT OVER THE 180 DAY PERIOD. I said what??? Did the package vanish out of thin air when your support team confirmed its whereabouts and the very next day I submitted the shipping request and now it's my fault?? I've not heard from them since.
I am a man of value and code and I never exaggerate on anything and the aforementioned is with proof. Such a shame... I am still hoping that this will wake them up and that they will refund me...

I read bad comments about this company but I went ahead to use them anyway (a mistake), they just wait to get your payment then they stop responding.

"Useless is being kind"
1. They sent us someone else's goods (laptops, mobile phones and other accessories) instead of our own items. This was several months ago.
2. They failed to accurately and adequately complete customs declarations for shipment of one of our parcels to us in the UK. The parcel was returned to them and they're now trying to charge us again to re-ship it.
3. A package of ours that they received has not been added to our account.
4. They charged us late fees when their payments system was having issues and they have so far failed to credit us these fees.
I have contacted them on numerous occasions in the last 2 weeks regarding these issues and they have failed to respond.
Edit: It's been over a month now and no they still haven't contacted me, so not only are they useless, they are lying now too.
2nd Edit: About 6 weeks later they contacted me telling me that they're still investigating. Half of my issues are still outstanding another month at least after that!
If anything, the level of service appears to be deteriorating even more. They do seem to have hired some new CS reps, but unfortunately these appear to be even less intelligent than the existing support.

"Awful customer service"
Constant issues and support don't get back to you.
e.g. 1. They sent us a box of used laptops, mobile phones and other accessories instead of our actual goods. Don't seem interested in getting these back to their rightful owner.
e.g. 2. They failed to complete the customs form properly so a parcel they shipped to me was returned to them. They just added it back to my other parcels so I can pay them to ship it again, instead of actually sending it properly this time.
e.g. 3. Parcel delivered to them hasn't been added to our account.
There are numerous more other examples of their errors and incompetence, but they don't even try to fix their mistakes or even respond to my emails. Find an alternative if possible.
Edit: After a month of ignoring my requests they have still not replied despite their response. Will have to file a small court claim.
