Don't do business with them.
This company used to be good but not anymore.
I have been communicating with their customer support for nearly 10 DAYS and still nothing happened regarding my package.
They are a waste of money and time.

I had a good long record with them but their customer support is terrible, they either can't help you or shake you off with generic messages.

I ordered a new phone and it has been since july 29th and it is still "missing", another item came at the same time and same day was placed in my storage, if the support team really want to help this is the ticket ID# 1031410008.
They claim they searched the warehouse and looked at the cameras but could not found it, more like someone stole it...
stay away from them....

It was delivered on Friday. And now Wed, the item still not in my storage.

FYI: My package value is not that high.

Update No.1: there are two more packages missing!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! These two were arrived on Monday. The tracking are 9405511109483886439310, 9405511109483888256199 - USPS. What they do is just create a ticket for you again for these two. packages.

I cannot claim with the shipper because the tracking said it has been delivered.

Update No.3 Today is fifth day after packages lost!!
They found my packages all of them and upload to my storage.
I am surprise how they can manage to find them!!
Problem solve!!! So, I am giving them 5 stars.

"It’s a big fraud company"

It’s a big fraud company, I support please never ever use their services at all. They simply hold shipment, asks invoices, IDs and bank statement and debit card images and all. Finally, they ship different package. I have purchased iphone 13 red color for $799. They received the shipment and I requested them to ship my brother address inside USA. But they delivered an iphone 13 green color box with iphone XR damaged phone. If you want to lose money then only use Globalshopaholics

From lengthy/poor customer service response, to high prices, to delays in outbound shipping, the list is endless. Practically had to chase them for every step of the process.
