Rude, unprofessional immature boys who answer the phone and behave as if they own the company. Non responsive emails. Cant repack simple packages, doesn't follow directions. Does not protect items properly lays liquids down on side. charges for free services. Lies about credits, Website non function-able doesn't send a confirmation email when you send them tracking info and notes. Does't provide any space for instructions doesn't follow brief ones. Puts security "holds" (games) for unjust reasons (retaliation) for telling them they are unprofessional) They wanted all my sensitive info, gov't ID, CC AND Video of my self lied about the reason that its required for customs in Country I'm in. I know everyone at Customs still have to show I.D. so no way to "scam" I never had to do that with other companies. They realized they got caught lying and changed the reason to "alot of scams online" Agreed, like this companies fake support and non existent "Manager"doesn't answer calls" not available to customers. Says they will correct bad pack job ( not removing outer retail box, laying liquid items on its side, no tape. no protection, consolidate box has space too big) Days go by they still don't fix it. Never replies after non stop emails 3 weeks later no fix, nothing is resolved, no 5$ credit, lost time no compensation automated emails not on topic, denies to an Attorney with evidence threatening legal action, and claims they aren't ignoring, claims they answer questions ( asked before signing up, never replied) claims they "cant lessen one pound" (if they removed retail boxes and used right size box it would. Ignored and says nothing about bad pack job and credit and offer to repack. NOTHING is done, just sits there and plays games. Screwing people over. NOT TO BE TRUSTED "Manager" " Mohammad ZulQarnayn doesn't care (claims on linked in "oh hes a doctor too") yeah right. They are immature LIARS who don't want to do their job. It will all come back to them. The "CEO" needs to fire Mohammad ZulQarnayn,(especially Ali), Mohammad Ali "William Smith John Smith" and Elroy , likely fake names) Three weeks of Pulling teeth and pointless "support tickets" that do NOTHING except lie about doing nothing cant even consolidate a 5 lb box right. = NO SERVICES NO SUPPORT..

"I'm going back to Shipito"
1. I wanted to consolidate all my packages, so I checked off the box at the top that automatically selects all packages, and I looked over the packages to make sure that every package had been selected, but after I had sent the consolidation request, a package had not been included.
After I contacted customer service, told them what had happened and they canceled the consolidation request for me, which can only be done by contacting customer support, so that I could create a new consolidation request with the last package, I find out that I'm charged a fee for canceling the consolidation request -- which was pending and not being processed/packaged.
2. Global Shopaholics pestered me about giving them links to the items I was having shipped, despite that they didn't state in their Terms and Conditions or "Customer Responsibilities" that I was required to do so, and despite that I had told them multiple times that I didn't have any links.
When they finally shipped the package over 20 days after it was ready to be shipped, they messed up on the customs declaration. I was asked by the customs to send them a receipt -- which hasn't happened to me in over a decade, and I receive and ship several packages a month -- and then the package was put on hold to be examined by a "supervisory body", which had never happened to me before. You know what the package contained? F***ing bottle brushes, shoe bags, a couple of umbrellas, ceiling hooks, a flower pot, ear pads for my headphones, and other mundane stuff like that. The customs eventually let go of the package.

What is this BS? I wrote this review after they shipped the package, and the last time they contacted me was before they shipped the package.

"Package did not ship until now (it has been a month)"
I used to deal with them a lot, last time they were late in shipping my package but it was for 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, this time around, I consolidated my package, paid immediately once consolidated on September 11th. Until now the package has not been shipped.
It has been a frustrating month to say the least, following up with them on different platforms. They gave me a tracking number, when I checked the shipping company mentioned "Label created, package not received yet"
When asked them why they haven't handover my package, First they told me they have a heavy workload. I said I understand and hope you ship it soon.
Now the tracking number said "Invalid", followed up and they are telling me that they shipped it but they will follow up with the shipping company as the issue is with them. I am not sure why are they blaming the shipping company when the package still shows processing and I haven't been provided with a tracking number.
It has been a waste of energy, time and health with the stress of following up, I used to like them, but it's not worth dealing with them any more.

Use myus instead. You get what you pay for. In some cases you pay for what you don't get and you have to try to get your money back. I have tried twice now and I won't be fooled a 3rd time

After a brief initial delay, the support team of Global Shopaholics sorted everything out and I managed to get my package on time as planned and cheaper than expected. Very satisfied with the service so far and will continue to use it in the future!

"rapidly deteriorated service"
once this site was acceptable to good , they had very good points in the past
but now it is totally different
some one wanted to make a new site , which by itself was not bad thing , but when you do it in the right way , but they did very bad site full with bugs and errors , it can delete your items , very tiny small font , very very very slow process , they promise you a day then the reality is a week !!
their email service is not working ( just stupid automatic reply with some bugs too)
finally they lost my package and tried to deny they received it , but they are not smart that much beacuse they took a photo for the package and put it in my list , and now deny that they received it and ask me for the evidence and invoices ?
may in the future they return to their minds but for now , they are just very bad
escape your selves from here , I have many hostage items , I will try to escape within few weeks when I release my items from this place
by the way , I have tons of screenshots for their useless conversations proving their lies

"Lost/Missing Packages and Terrible Customer Service"
While on the outset it would seem that this company is legit, my first experience with them was good however after that the company has lost 2 packages of mine, claiming that it was never delivered even when Fedex tracking said it was delivered. It is a little suspicious that the orders were from the same store and the second order was a replacement for the previous missing package. I have had several other packages deliver successfully.
They have TERRIBLE customer service, their phone number does not work and the only way to reach out to them is via chat where they are extremely unhelpful. I would not risk shipping anything valuable to them, they will steal it.

They hold shipments without sending them out, support staff is a joke, they don't respond to emails, they don't speak english well. Don't waste your time with them!
