Worst shipping forwarder that I ever dealt with!!!! They have zero integrity and very bad customer service. After completing the payment for the shipment, they sent an email after 24 hours that this is a dangerous good and had to pay $20 extra although it is a camera product with a tiny battery. I had to comply and pay the extra fee having no choice to send it back to another courier. Even then, the shipment remained under processing for another 3 days for no reason except negligence. After contacting the customer service on several occasions and reminding them, they finally change the status to shipped. But don't think this is the end of it. It remains in the same status for another 2 days until the courier finally picks it up. This is the time I ever ship with this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!

Zero customer service. Their only published phone number is a Google Voice number that nobody answers. They have an online chat for customer service which is hit or (mostly) miss - rarely does anyone monitor or reply to it. Makes you wonder how legit this company is - no way to reach anyone, poor customer service, does not meet their posted commitment times. It seems like they were okay at one point but have really gone downhill recently - most of the negative reviews are pretty recent. I wouldn't expect them to be in business much longer if they keep operating in the poor manner they are...

"Great experience but could improve."

well explaining the whole experience,
Pros:
1: Great Taxfree address
2: items registered very fast the moment they are delivered in fact 1 of the shipment was registered before i get a notice from ebay that it was actually delivered
3: requesting consolidation was very fast and provided a tracking number withen an hour, (but it wasnt actually shipped, look in CONS)
4: Shipped on 13 oct, and received by 15th oct via fedex priority

CONS:
1: Packaging was not secured as intended asked for a padded packaging which was not applied, sensitive items might be damaged during shipping
2: weight and dimensions provided when placing payment was not correct both dimensional weight and actual weight, and it was scaled later which appeared to be half of the weight and 2/3 the size provided.
3: been charged for the wrong weight/dimensional weight, and paid $10 as dangerous goods which it wasnt at all, it was a graphics card and that's not dangerous at all.
4: the only way i received a respond when contacting customer service was thru live chat, which one day took me over an hour just waiting someone to respond, and one day i wasnt answered at all

Final conclusion:

looking to receive something as fast as possible globalshopaholics can deliver that, but make sure your package is delivered to their warehouse at the start of a working week, getting items delivered on thursday or friday might delay the shipment till monday, prices are not clear, some charges been made which was not supposed to happen, but for my personally given that i received my items that fast i may pass this as im happy i got my items on time undamaged, i would recommend this based on my last experience with them but make sure to follow up with them to get your items safely.

"Horrible Customer service"

I'm using the service of this company for years. the Prices are cheap. but the expansion of the company is horrible, they don't take claims seriously and the consumer service now is too horrible and unprofessional.
all they do when you contact them is lying. they don't take take the money of theri clients seriously when it comes to fragile goods, they cheap them with no protection so be cautious, i received damaged items from march and april, the packages were insured but no refund received.
they gave me claims numbers and when i want to check the claims, they told me to resend the pictures to fill the claim, totally horrible.
if you have to ship fragile goods they can give you a lot of loosing money. they are not friendly when it comes to refund clients for their bad services.
before you ship with them you have to take this in consideration, all they do now is only to take cash and the satisfaction of their clients doesn't matter at all.
