I had this guy one Day., he calmaly analized all the details of My problem, Although I was stressed that I couldnt get it soon. But I was happy with his kindest assistance. Peter keep it up. GlobalShopaholics aren't exactly scammers but I can't describe them in any different words.

Before actually using their services, I went ahead and used their shipping calculator, which I knew can't be 100% but one would expect it to be at least close to accurate.

I entered the weight and dimensions and address on the calculator and it showed $10, which makes sense is given that the item is pretty small and light.

So after my package arrived, I fill the form, and then it took more than 48 hours for them to prepare it ( which isn't what they show on their website 12-24 working hours) but this isn't really the issue.

The issue is, they now want me to pay $88 to ship the item instead of $10, which is more than 700% of the initial price that I used their service based on.

The item I ordered isn't even worth $88, and now I have two options.

1- pay them $88 to ship a small package of 4 pounds.
2-Forget about the package and let them have it and lose about $45

All in all, this is a lose-lose situation for me, and all of this happened because they intentionally or unintentionally display rates that are FAR from the truth to put you in a lose-lose situation and force you to pay a premium or lose your package to them.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was done "unintentionally" and that they would be reasonable and compensate me for my loss which was nothing but the result of their "mistakes".

I would revise this review once and if this problem is solved, until then, I would suggest that you stay away from them.

This company is trusted. I used there services for more than 8 times on valuable shipments. There prices are the Lowest comparing with the famous similar companies. No monthly fees and they offer many services, which most of them are free. There location is tax free and that is very important . There customer service is good as well and they are willing to answer any question. Brad from customer service is helpful as well as the other stuff.
