Bad process. Poor communication. Changed payment method when nearly reached due date without discussing in advance. No response to my emails sent to many persons in charge including central email address of finance and vendor management. Not got paid since May 2020.

We ordered a few concepts translated - from English into 3 other European languages. The first round of translations was not satisfying - with many words and phrases which didn't make any sense. EasyTranslate listened to our complains, reworked the translations and proved in the ened that they can deliver a high quality. I would give even 5 stars if the high quality would have delivered in the first go.

Leider zum zweiten Mal ein Reinfall. Weder die vereinbarten Termine wurden eingehalten, noch entsprach die Qualität unseren Erwartungen - eine Muttersprachlerin, die angeblich Linguistin sein sollte, konnten wir in den Übersetzungen nicht erkennen. Satzstellungsfehler; Kommafehler; Wortkreationen, die nicht existieren; unverständliche Übersetzungen ... dies spricht in erster Linie dafür, dass eine Übesetzungapp den Job erledigt hat und das Korrekturlesen gar nicht oder nur sehr oberflächlich erfolgen. Aus diesem Blickpunkt ist es verständlich, dass das Geschäftsmodell von easytranslate auf Vorauskassa beruht.

Leider ist dies keine einmalige Erfahrung - aber sicherlich unsere letzte. Bereits im Herbst 2019 idente Probleme DE-FR, nun DE-IT.

"Really bad quality of the FR to DE…"

Really bad quality of the FR to DE translation. Had to pay 140 Euro for a translation that they obviously made with google translator/DeepL.com. I checked the text that had to be translated on DeepL.com and it was exactly the same outcome I got from easytranslate.

Would definitely NOT recommend it! I could have save the time and money and translate it by myself with Google Translator or DeepL.

I have to say that the service - that I have received - does not reach the standards that seem to be advertised on the website at all.
