What a delight to deal with real people who know their products and services and who answer the telephone immediately on a proper telephone number. They have been an absolute delight at every stage.
I have not made a claim and work circumstances meant that I had to cancel my policy. Carol was understanding and helpful and went the extra mile when I did this. I am happy to recommend them.

Signing up proved o be a simple and straightforward process. Staff were very approachable and efficient and answer the phone promptly. Cover appears to be very reasonable compared with major providers. First impressions are encouraging, although yet to experience making a claim.

This was my first contact with HMCA customer service, having recently joined the company from BUPA. I was calling to initiate a claim to see a medical consultant. Whilst I admit to being unclear about the claim process, the customer service agent was unsympathetic, unhelpful and very process driven. Within a short space of time I was passed to a supervisor who did answer my concerns and resolved my query very efficiently. The whole experience I have to say was in complete contract to BUPA who always made such initial approaches as painless and unbureaucratic as possible.
