Ive dealt with BestCarBuyer on a number of occasions now. I have found their process to be straightforward and simple to follow. The approach to buying my cars has always felt like it was fair and honest (unlike what I hear about some other, similar, companies)
Lauren Fleetwood supported this process for me and, again, I have worked with Lauren before on previous car sales. Lauren is very positive, helpful and a pleasure to work with so I was very happy that it was Lauren who contacted me on our latest sale. Lauren is an asset to BCB and I hope that other people in her role as are good as she is !!

He managed to talk though the process with me and remotely sorted all of the paperwork very patiently for me before hand and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Once I got to the showroom, the physical process barely took 15 min as all of the paperwork was done by then. No hassle , no drama , no stress. Extremely friendly ground staff at Lincoln as well …

What an easy experience, exactly how car selling should be. Submitted initial request online, had a 10/15 minute conversation with James, who was one of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve dealt with. Answered a handful of questions (truthfully), less than an hour later I receive a phone call with a very competitive and reasonable price (which is guaranteed by the way!!). Collection is arranged, money transferred within 15 minutes of collection and car driven away. Simple, stress free, hassle free and exactly how companies should operate, other companies need to take note. Extremely impressed, thank you to James and Best Car Buyer for a very pleasant experience!!

Junior collected on time and without any quibbles whatsoever, money was transferred into my bank account in a matter of minutes. I’ve sold 3 cars via Best Car Buyer now and each time the whole process has been problem free. Provide photos showing the condition of the vehicle, get a very fair offer, agree a collection date.
On the day, the driver/inspector checks the condition of the car and if it’s as you stated the £ is in your account 10 minutes later. I use them because I trust I’ll get fair treatment. And I’ll use them again.

Overall experience was okay. We were in a bit of a tight spot in needing to sell a car quickly. They were helpful in arranging the process and the money did arrive on the day in 15 mins as promised….dont believe the whole we don’t knock down the price on the day nonsense though. Quoted is one price then told us the price had expired then on the day said there were some minor scratches and that it would have to come down another £400. Overall about £1000 worse than what they said but we needed it selling quickly. If you’re in a pinch they’re okay but if you have time I’d take time to look elsewhere and make sure you’re actually getting value.
